Wonderful clean space, neat, tidy and had all we needed. Great communication with the host. On a couple occasions we could hear people talking in the unit next to us but overall quiet considering it sits along a fairly busy road. Conveniently located near everything we did.

Everything was perfect and exactly how you would want a Vrbo to be. Check in process was exactly how described, smooth and simple. Place was very clean and has a home like feel. Kitchen stocked ready to use. The best place I have ever stayed.

clean, well stocked with everything, two cute balconies, amazing location and the host was always respinding immediately. We were able to walk everywhere: restaurants, downtown, the university and shopping. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Salt Lake!!!!!

Great location, new condition on everything

This is a great location if you are planning on spending some time downtown. Close to restaurants, shopping, sports etc. The Host was communicative and responded in a timely manner to any questions. It is small but very clean and everything in it is new!

Great apartment for city access

Nice apartment very close to downtown salt lake. The place was clean and had kitchen supplies as well as laundry. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed. You could walk to a couple different stores and trolley square. Would stay again!

We loved the serenity of the apartment, spacious for 2, trendy. One recommendation would be to add a pillow top to the bed, extremely firm without any give.

Great updated clean upstairs apartment

The three of us, sisters enjoyed staying here in this older upstairs apartment. It is updated and fixed up so cute! It is very clean. We loved all the convenient amenities. The cool neutral tones and decor made it a comfortable environment. The beds were great-not to soft and not to hard. Even the Pullout couch bed was comfy! Instructions were easy to understand and response’s were fast. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again when we come to SLC. We give a five star review.

Perfect location!

Very nice accomodations in a great, walkable neighborhood in SLC. The unit was beautifully remodeled and very functional. The only annoying part of the experience was not getting the codes to enter the unit at check-in until 4:01 PM. I understand checkin is at 4:00, but I would have appreciated getting those codes a little earlier just for peace of mind. Fortunately, we were able to hang out at Trolley Square across the street while we waited.

Very nice property in great location

My 16 year old son and I stayed at top floor retreat for four nights. The building is old but the space is modern and spotless. Really cute inside with all of the amenities you could want. There was even cooking spices and oil in case we wanted to cook at night. You do have to walk up a flight of stairs to get there. My son slept on the pull out sofa, and he said it was very comfortable, I slept in the bed, and the mattress was a little bit firm for my liking, but I was able to sleep. Most other people would probably think it’s fine. The air conditioning kept the space very comfortable in spite of sweltering heat outside. The location is within a short walk of Trolley Square which has some shopping and several restaurants. It’s also very close to several grocery stores, including Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Trader Joe’s. The neighborhood felt very safe. There was offstreet parking available as well. We went on several excursions during our stay and accessing everything was relatively straightforward and easy. I would definitely stay at this property again if and when I visit the city.

Super Clean and Convenient Location

The property is very nice - super clean, great location to Westminster University, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking is very limited on the premises and difficult if you have a large vehicle. We struggled to park our F150 truck. Also, the mattress is VERY firm. I like a firm mattress by to this one was a bit too much. I would stay here again as these were minor nits compared to property quality overall.
