Alot more loud at night than originally expected. Pretty sketchy area, inconvenient parking, room smelled like smoke and alcohol. Stairs to squeaky. Walls super thin you can hear every neighbor and conversation. Definetly due for some renovations. Plus sides beds were super comfy, couch was comfy, would had been nice to have the trash taken out before we arrived and had creamer with all your coffee options. Very pretty inside. Well done having dual patios. Sheets were dirty upon arrival we went and bought our own. Close to downtown mamde exploring easier

Beautiful apartment close to downtownWe walked to Trolley Square.One issue with Keurig but host resolved quickly:). Very nice touch having coffee pods for us to use. Host also provided a water filter pitcher for drinking water:)Comfortable bed.

This property was perfect for my stay! It looked exactly as advertised, was really clean and stocked with everything I needed for my weeklong stay. The area, though busy, was great with plenty of places to go and close to everywhere I needed to go. There is one assigned parking space behind the house, which can be a little challenging for a larger vehicle if all spots are taken. The host was awesome! Responding quickly to all communications. This property definitely deserves its rating!

Beautiful, cozy, and clean

Such a beautifully remodeled little apartment. It was clean, well decorated, and incredibly welcoming. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Vera was quick to respond to any questions. Check in was a breeze and Property was easy to find. The only thing was parking. We have an suv and the parking lot behind the building is pretty small. Luckily every time we went to leave, there was only one other car parked. Even then, it was tight getting out! I absolutely recommend staying at this cozy little place. We will absolutely stay again!

This rental was perfect for our stay in Salt Lake City! It was equipped with everything we needed and was very clean. It was also close to the city and the highway, so it was easy to reach the sights within and outside the city. The host was responsive and left a detailed binder with information about check-out and things to do nearby. I highly recommend it!

Great apt rental. Close to amenities. Very clean. Thoughtfully stocked with kitchenware and soaps. Whole foods down the street. Liberty Park with a lovely aviary to visit in the opposite direction. 10-15 minutes away from the university of utah. Very comfortable large bed in the bedroom with closet and dresser. A sleeper sofa in the living room. Spacing is tight in the living room if utilizing the sleeper, but doable. There is street noise more noticeable on that side, and neighbors (if there are any) can be heard through the walls. Ear plugs would be advisable if you are a sensitive sleeper or need to sleep during the day. Designated parking space was a bonus, but the space to maneuver in the parking area behind the apt is tight. You'll need to avoid trash cans and other cars and face forward to exit the lot. There's easy street parking in front of the apartment first come, first serve. Overall excellent stay and a recommended rental and host. Happy travels!

Great stay. Clean and cozy with all the necessary amenities I could need. This is one of the most clean places I have stayed. I am a stickler for cleanliness and even look at vents and shower heads. It is just part of my nature. This place was immaculate. Other pluses were the kitchen and water pressure in the shower. The bed was really comfy and I thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on either of the two balconies to get some fresh air and drink my coffee while watching people walking by. The location is ideal with three major grocery stores close by, along with other cute shops and cafes and yet centered near cozy neighborhoods that are fun to walk through. The host responded to my inquiries immediately and generously provided Keurig supplies to keep me going through my work schedule. I am here for work and really enjoyed having a cozy place to come back to that made it feel like a home. I would stay at this place again and recommend it highly to anyone.

Lovely spot

I would definitely stay here again. So convenient to everything. Love the exposed brick walls, kitchen has everything and there is a nice view from the cute front porch. Very comfortable. The host responded to my questions within minutes. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful property - great experience

The host was great and even accommodated a special request. There were several restaurants and a Whole Foods within walking distances, which was nice since I didn’t have a vehicle. When I needed a Lyft, the fare was always reasonable due to the central location of the apartment.

Wonderful trip to SLC!

Our stay was great. Wonderful location, walkinh distance to cool shops, breakfast, whole foods, and trader joes! If you wanted a long walk, downtown is definitely accessible. Otherwise, just a shot car ride away. Would highly recommend!
