The renovation is complete at Firefly Cottage! We are excited to host you at this updated vacation rental in Bagley, WI. Nestled along the Mississippi River backwaters, in a quaint river town, we offer you a two bedroom getaway destination in this newly remodeled retreat. Tastefully furnished throughout; this charming cottage affords you everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Get away from your busy life! Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck. Take a short stroll to the beach. At your doorstep is the Mississippi River, bring along your boat and spend the day on the water soaking up the rays and fishing. Dock it at our boat slip! Or maybe kayaking is more your thing. Of course, Wyalusing State Park is a stone's throw away for some great hiking. Don't even get us started on duck hunting and ice fishing. End your day around the campfire or walk to the neighborhood pub for a relaxing beverage. The possibilities are endless! The choices are yours! The VRBO is Firefly Cottage at River of Lakes. The Firefly Cabin was a great stay! The kitchen had everything you need for cooking, including basic seasonings. Lots of towels and back up paper products. Overall it was very clean and the pictures from the listing were accurate to what we found upon arrival. Clear instructions for check-in and for utilizing the amenities. Would stay again!

This cottage was very cute comfortable and well decorated. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Even around the outside there were beautiful perennials planted around the cottage. Would definitely stay again!

The cottage was exactly as pictured and described. It was very comfortable and cozy. The owner was very responsive to an issue we had (which turned out to be a non-issue). The cottage was well supplied. The neighbors were very friendly and there was easy access to the river. The store at the end of the street sold basic items, which was convenient. The bar behind the store was awesome for a cold beer and meeting neighbors. It was a great neighborhood to walk my dogs.

This cottage was very small and cozy inside, but it had everything you might need to have a comfortable, enjoyable weekend. It was thoughtfully decorated and was clean. The kitchen had everything you might need to cook with. The location was easy to find and check in directions were easy to follow. The outside porch had plenty of seating and extra chairs for the fire pit. There is a window above where the kitchen table sits that does not have a curtain. Vehicles drive by at night and their lights shine in the window. We had to cover the window with a sheet. Mini blinds or a curtain is needed for this window. The sitting area by the main TV is a little small, but we had it work. Overall, I am very happy with this cottage. It is in a great location and was very comfortable and clean.

The Firefly Cottage was very well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had plenty of dishes, pots/pans, glasses, eating and cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable and lots of clean towels in kitchen and bath; plenty of TP, kleenex, salt and pepper, and a few other kitchen items to use. There were 3 TV's! We did have difficulty getting the sound loud enough on the TV, couldn't figure it out. We could have called owner and I'm sure they would have helped us, but we chose not to call and used close captions. All in all, a great stay and would not hesitate to tell anyone to stay there. Beautiful area with lots to do.
