This is probably the best rental we’ve stayed in! It was clean, inviting, and beautiful. We loved the furnishings and the front porch area. It is nicely decorated and not cluttered. You can tell the owners want their guests to feel like they are at home!

The home was spotless along a very quiet street and just a short drive to the wedding venue. You also had access to grocery stores and some fast food restaurants as backup if needed. We had a great stay and appreciated the amenities and convenience to everything.

Five adults stayed in this home, and we had plenty of room. This is a beautiful home with a well stocked kitchen, and a great layout. The home was beautifully decorated and very cozy. The host was easy to contact, and very accommodating. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay on the Island!

Linda’s home was just as pictured and described, but even better. The hosts have thought of everything to make sure guests have a wonderful stay. The home was extremely clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. The location was convenient for the wedding we were attending and was great to be able to spread in between events. Would definitely recommend Linda’s home!

This property and its owner/manager are both outstanding. The property presents as essentially brand new construction, only lightly used since being put into use. It is impeccably clean and very well decorated, appointed and supplied. We had a wonderful week in this property which is centrally located on Kent Island and the broader Annapolis metro area. Thank you Linda for sharing this property with us!

This was a beautiful and peaceful property. My boyfriend and I were able to take our morning walks, grill, and enjoy the balcony/screened in porch. This property was also super close and accessible to everything, extremely convenient! Will definitely book here again for our next staycation

Perfect stay for a weekend wedding at the Chesapeake beach club. House was just what we wanted for a family of 5. The house was practically brand new, impeccably clean, and very well stocked in a lovely quiet neighborhood.

We spent a weekend in this wonderful home as an alternative to staying at the local overpriced hotel for a wedding at Kent Manor Inn. This home was so comfortable for 6 guests and had plenty of room for enjoying meals there. Kitchen was well stocked and extra special touches were all throughout the home. Great find!

This home is stunning!

This home was perfect for our 3 night stay. We came to spend time with our daughter who had moved to the area. The owners thought of everything and the little touches are what made this the perfect rental for our stay. Only downside was the weather did not allow us to enjoy the amazing views and cozy porches during our stay. Next time we visit with a group we will definitely stay here again!

Lovely, spotless house in great area.

Four adults and 2 children had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate and the neighborhood was very pleasant to walk. Kitchen is well equipped. Living room and bedrooms spacious and family friendly. Furniture on porches allowed us to sit and enjoy the surroundings. All in all, we had just a great time and would be very happy to visit again.

House we very clean. Had all items that you needed. Even shampoo and soup. The bed were very comfortable. Only feedback is the bath towels were a little small.

My family had to attend a wedding in the area and this home did not disappoint. I think the house is better in person! The house was well appointed, everyone had space and the neighborhood was mature and quiet. If I had a question, the host communicated promptly. We were super pleased with our stay and highly recommend this property.

We spent a long weekend visiting family and attending a wedding and family reunion on Kent Island. Linda was a very helpful host, provided a baby gate for our stay and communicated with us regularly about our stay. Beautiful & Cozy home in quiet Neighborhood!

Loved our stay in this beautiful home. We were in town for a wedding at the nearby Chesapeake Beach Club. It was so quick & easy to get there from the house. It was wonderful to have an entire house to get ready for the wedding rather than in a hotel room. The Hosts did a great job with providing everything you need in this home. Highly recommend this home!! Everything about it was amazing!!

It was a beautifully maintained home with everything you could want. There was plenty of space in the home for our four children and three adults. It was on a quiet street so we felt comfortable having our kids go outside to play. Linda was wonderful and super responsive to any questions we had about the home. This new, thoughtfully designed house is a bit of luxury in a quiet residential location. Not only the newness but the quality of furnishings made us very happy to relax, cook and enjoy the 3 porches together or in groups. Hopefully, guests will respect and care for this property so when we return to fish with captain Andrew on the Maverick we will have just as great an experience as this first one.

We stayed at this beautiful, well appointed house for a weekend wedding at the Bay Club. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Linda‘s house, her excellent communication/timelines of response, and every amenity she provided — she went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend staying at her house. You will not be disappointed.

This was such a wonderful trip that I would return with my family. The environment perfectly matched the water vibe, and the aura helped everyone enter into such a vacation mode. The host was responsive, kind, and wanting to help. Kitchen and grill was awesome. Love the island in the kitchen where we had meals. Location was perfect for golfing at Queenstown Harbor golf.
