Don’t let the exterior fool you—this cottage is surprisingly spacious! With four cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, an upper-level living room, an eat-in kitchen, and a lower-level rec room featuring a pool table, satellite TV, and games area, it’s perfect for relaxation and fun

Step outside to the upper full wrap-around deck, where you can savor enchanting lake views while dining alfresco. Fire up the BBQ, gather around two outdoor dining tables, and bask in the beautiful. A retractable awning provides shade when needed, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors on your own terms.

There is a large dock perfect for securely mooring your boat or for relaxing. The water depth at the end of the dock typically ranges from 4 to 5 feet, although this may vary seasonally due to natural conditions. You'll notice some aquatic vegetation closer to the shore and dock, which gradually gives way to deeper, clearer waters.

The expansive grassy lot, along with the large sandy shoreline, offers an ideal playground for kids to enjoy a day of lakeside fun.

And when the sun sets, gather around the sizable fire pit near the water's edge for marshmallow roasting and storytelling under the starry night sky.
