The light filled upper level "great room" has high beamed ceilings, dining to accommodate up to 8 place settings, a cozy sectional couch with chase lounge, a large 75" flat screen TV with cable channels, internet, NETFLIX and ROKU streaming. In addition, an easy-to-use Pellet stove fireplace for added warmth and sliding glass patio doors provide easy access to the outdoor gas BBQ grill and sitting area.

If laying in a comfortable bed sounds appealing, we have 1 Cal King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen over a Full Log style bunk bed, duvet covers, 600 thread count sheet sets, plenty of pillows to choose from for a restful night sleep.

A well-stocked kitchen is at your fingertips if you enjoy meals at home. You will find a drip coffee maker, coffee bean grinder (above the refrigerator), Nespresso Coffee machine, electric hot water hot pot, instapot rice cooker-steamer, crock pot, microwave, waffle maker, Breville sandwich maker, Ninja blender, salad lettuce spinner, hand mixer with plenty of mixing bowls, baking pans and cookie sheets, cutting boards, knives and utensils, wine opener, wine glasses, melamine wine glasses if you plan to be at the beach or pool, garlic press, just bring your natural talent and cook up your favorites!

The Community Pool is heated with a Sauna and available for use seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend in September. The gate code for access is in the information book on the coffee table.
