After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

The driveway is on an incline so you'll need four wheel drive in the winter, and if you're planning on walking it's something to keep in mind.
