This stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo has been fully renovated with modern touches and thoughtful design. The space is both functional and comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and your own heating and cooling system for year-round comfort. The master suite features an attached bathroom, offering extra privacy and convenience.

Relax and unwind on the shared rooftop patio, accessible by elevator, with some of the best views in the city. Please note that the rooftop is shared with other guests.

This condo is in the heart of it all - a great base camp to explore all the city has to offer. Directly on one of the best parks, Washington Park, you have incredible walking access to great bars, breweries, restaurants, boutique shopping, the Streetcar, Washington Park, historic Music Hall, Ensemble Theater, Shakespeare Theater, Know Theater, music venues, and more.

Nestled in the heart of downtown, you`re also just a few blocks east or west of major highways, interstates 75 and 71

Head south a few blocks and you`re on the Ohio river with access to the Bengals and Reds stadiums, Fountain Square, Duke Energy Convention Center, US Bank Arena, Underground Railroad Freedom Center museum, Smale Riverfront Park, Roebling Bridge, and more. We are 20 minutes drive from CVG airport.

This neighborhood is highly walkable, but we also make it convenient to bring a car with the garage parking that we provide. Easy access to the Streetcar, bus stops, and red bike stations all within 1-2 blocks. Uber and Lyft drivers plentiful as well.

The parking is just across the street in Washington Park Garage, and is free using the parking pass that we provide!

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone, please review our house rules carefully. By booking our property, you agree to comply with these rules.

1. Security Deposits
A security deposit of $300 will be held on your credit or debit card. This is similar to an incidental hold at a hotel, and will be released after check-out pending all house rules are followed. In certain cases, we may waive this hold at our discretion. Details regarding the deposit are available at the checkout page on our listing.

2. Important Policies and Expectations
We aim to address any issues with a courteous request for compliance. However, failure to adhere to these rules may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.

Same-Day Reservations: If you’re booking a stay for the same day, please contact us before making the reservation. Without prior communication, your entry may be denied at our discretion.

No Unauthorized Gatherings or Parties: Parties and loud music are prohibited unless explicitly approved by us in writing. Hosting an unauthorized gathering may be treated as criminal trespassing under Ohio law (ORC 2911.21). This may result in legal action, including potential arrests and prosecution. Unauthorized gatherings are defined at our discretion and may include bringing unapproved guests onto the property.

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM. Amplified music is not permitted without prior written consent. Any disturbances will result in a single courtesy warning. Failure to comply may lead to the termination of your stay without refund.

No Smoking or Open Flames: Smoking and the use of candles, incense, hookahs, or any other open flames are strictly forbidden. This includes both tobacco and non-tobacco substances.

Honesty and Respect: Dishonest or abusive behavior toward our team will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. This includes yelling, swearing, or threatening conduct.

Property and Neighbor Considerations: We reserve the right to end your stay if we believe your actions could harm the property, disturb neighbors, or negatively impact our reputation.

3. Additional Fees
To avoid extra charges, please adhere to the following:
Cleaning Fees:
Cleaning biohazards (e.g., vomit or similar messes): $300 minimum.
Excessive pet hair cleanup: $300. Please bring lint rollers if you have a shedding pet.
Stains on carpets, furniture, or linens: $89 per item or the replacement cost, whichever is greater.
Smoking Indoors: A flat fee of $300 applies to any indoor smoking violations.

Lost or Unreturned Keys & Parking Pass: A re-keying fee of $70 will be charged for each unreturned key or parking pass

Excessive Cleaning:

Units left excessively dirty or disorganized will incur a $200 minimum fee or the actual cost of deep cleaning.

Stays longer than 14 days will include a $120 deep cleaning fee, billed via Airbnb’s resolution center.

Security-Related Fees: Any costs incurred from security, fire department, or police involvement due to your actions will be billed to you, with a minimum fee of $150.

Loved our stay!! Great location, easy check-in, and it was great to have a parking pass. Place was very clean and comfortabe, and we were in walking distance to great restaurants and bars and Paycor Stadium. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit and the neighborhood exceeded our expectations. First, having a safe and close included parking spot took that worry off our mind. The unit was lovely and roomy and quiet. The rooftop deck was great to enjoy both the sunset as well as the breakfast bagels picked up on the morning walk.A great variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance in Historic "Over the Rhine", and the free tram stops 1/2 block away that will run down to the business and sports district, and up to Findlay Market for even more food choices.It didn't hurt that the wedding we attended was a short walk across the park, but so glad we tacked on some days to explore the city and Art Museums and just take in the good energy of the area. If we get a reason to return, I know where we'll want to stay.

We were in Cincinnati for a soccer game and this location was perfect! We could walk to the stadium and had a beautiful view of the park. There are lots of great shops and restaurants in walking distance, and the pass for the parking garage made parking so easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very enjoyable!

We have stayed here several times. The unit continues to be spotless. The view is spectacular. Anything you want in a restaurant is an easy walk. As is a wonderful historic market. The music hall, memorial hall and the home theater for the Shakespeare Co. Is a walk across the park. The unit and neighborhood is safe. Stay here.

The rental is as pictured. It was clean and easy to check in. Unloading was a breeze. We parked directly in front of our unit, unloaded, grabbed our pass, and parked in the garage across the street without any problems. I appreciated the towels (better than others where we have stayed) and the bed was comfy. You may want to bring an extra pillow if you like sleeping with more than one. We tried to pack light in case we had issues unloading (which we did not) so in hindsight, I wish we would have brought extra.We recommend walking to Graeter’s Ice cream, just around the corner. So yummy! We finished our ice cream while listening to live music. It was a lovely evening.Danielle is positive, respectful, and quick to respond. Thanks for a great stay!
