Get ready to relax in this 4-bedroom luxury house in Hampstead/Surf City. This serene retreat features 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 bunk beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 3 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer, guests can unwind in serene comfort. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
The architectural design of the house accentuates the stunning water views and perfect sunsets. Two outdoor decks offer great outdoor relaxation. The lower deck includes a firepit, hammock and a large outdoor dining area. The upper deck accessible from the master bedroom offer expansive views of the Intercoastal Waterways. You might event spot a group of dolphins or a sea otter in front of the house.
Second (wood burning) firepit is located by the water edge and next to the boat dock. The boat dock is private and has a built in fish cleaning table and a bar area with bar stools and two seating benches. You can also launch kayaks from the boat dock and explore the surrounding creek and Intercoastal Waterways.
The interior of the home has a spacious contemporary design with a fully-equipped kitchen including (Nespresso machine, blender, baking tools etc.).
In the garage you can find an industrial ice maker, two bicycles and beach gear (4 chairs, coolers, beach wagon).
The home is in a quiet area perfect for relaxation but close to incredible beaches in Topsail Island and plenty of restaurants, bars and entertainment.

The house is fabulous. The view is spectacular. It was our first. Two week vacation. And our first vacation away from. On our front on the island but enjoyed it immensely even though it rained almost every day but. I needed to get out of the heat anyway, so it didn't bother us.A couple of minor issues. The paddle boat was brought down to the water by the girls. And the paddle mechanism was frozen solid. So it is inoperable. The road Matson Rd. is a mess with pit potholes.Other than that, everything was outstanding. Christina was a great help with a couple of minor issues and was always available. For any questions to be answered.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. From the sunsets on the deck to the fishing on the pier. The house was beautiful just as pictured. Everything you could hope for. We did have a boat and it was wonderful to step on and go. Stana was wonderful and made our stay great! We've stayed in a lot of vacation homes but I'd say this was by far the nicest one.

Stunning

It was very accommodating. All the amenities that you could ask for. All you need is the clothes you will be wearing. Response from host and manager was quick. Other than it being so hot, we truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to share your home.

Wonderful stay!

Everything about our stay, here was enjoyable! The house is beautifully appointed, the deck is extremely comfortable for relaxing, reading, and even in a hot month there was a lovely breeze. We took advantage of the very posh kitchen and cooked every day. We had a boat and it was wonderful to have a very easy dock to enjoy it at. Highly recommend this house and look forward to returning very soon!

Serene Sunsets on the Water

Simply put the property and location are stunning. We were treated every evening to picturesque sunsets. The modern home is located on the intracoastal waterway and is in close driving distance to both Hampstead and Topsail Island - you cannot ask for a better home to have as a quiet and relaxing home base while at the beach. The owner and property manager were prompt and super responsive - they made our family feel most welcome for our week-long stay. We kayaked everyday and had multiple dolphin sightings right off the dock! Looking forward to returning again in the future.

Wonderful family trip

My wife, 2 year old, my mother, myself, and our dog stayed for 5 days. The house is gorgeous, pictures do not do it justice. The stay and accommodations were perfect. The property managers are really on the ball and made the quality of our stay a priority. I brought my own kayak to fish in, launching right off the dock was easy. There were also kayaks there for my wife to use and the little one even went out with me for a bit. Fairly private and secluded, waterfront and 15 minutes from the beach, you cant beat it. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous house with stunning views!

This house is absolutely gorgeous and location is perfect. It is exactly like the pictures and well maintained and clean. We enjoyed spending time on the beautiful deck and dock. The host was very responsive as well. We we definitely be back!
