Located in the prestigious Sand Hollow Golf Resort community, a two-minute drive takes you to the clubhouse with a full-service restaurant and views of the valley. Boating and first-class bass fishing, with rental watercraft available, are minutes away at Sand Hollow Reservoir, along with ATV trails within the Sand Hollow State Park. A short 45-minute drive takes you into Zion National Park for hiking and sightseeing. For winter sports, Brian Head Ski Resort is a 1.5 hour drive to skiing and snowboarding. Casinos are less than an hour away in Mesquite, Nevada; and the glitz of the Las Vegas strip is only a 1.5 hour drive.
This property is easily accessible from Southern California (a shorter drive than Mammoth, and with more to do…stop in Vegas along the way!), St. George Regional Airport (served by United, Delta, and AA), and Harry Reid (Las Vegas) International Airport.
With 5 bedrooms, the whole family can find a place that they love in this beautiful home tucked away in the red sands of southern Utah.
The kitchen has a table with 8 comfortable chairs, with 4 barstools at the counter. The great room has a Smart TV, with a large sectional and chair, so plenty of seating and room to relax!

A large master suite, with a king bed, and ensuite bathroom. The master has a private French door going out to the backyard patio.

The pool is available year-round.
Additionally, guests will have full access to the community pool, gym, and pickleball courts during their stay. Whether you`re looking to relax by the poolside, get in a workout at the gym, or enjoy some friendly competition on the pickleball courts, we have plenty of options for you to unwind and have fun!
