SI RESERVA NUESTRA PROPIEDAD DENTRO DEL 20 DE ENERO, LE OFRECEREMOS UNA CENA DE BIENVENIDA EN BUFFET (sin servicio incluido).

Los muebles y materiales han sido elegidos con cuidado, convirtiéndolo en un hogar de máximo confort en completa armonía con el hermoso entorno. Entrada a la propiedad a través de puertas controladas.
La villa de 260 metros cuadrados se establece en 2 niveles:
El ambiente de las salas comunes es encantador y acogedor con los brillantes pisos de ladrillo viejo y vigas y techos de madera arenada.
ALOJAMIENTO: Planta baja: cocina equipada con chimenea, amplio comedor y sala de estar con chimenea y acceso a la terraza (horno) y jardín. Siempre en la planta baja se encuentra el lavadero con lavadora y baño de servicio. Primer nivel: 1 habitación doble con baño en suite con bañera de hidromasaje, 1 habitación doble, 1 habitación doble con 2 camas francesas (tamaño 140 cm), 1 baño con bañera de hidromasaje, 1 habitación doble con baño en suite con ducha. Aire acondicionado en los dormitorios y en el salón. Muebles cómodos. Cuna y trona disponibles.

La piscina (12 x 6 mt) se encuentra en una terraza natural. En un nivel inferior del jardín en un lugar tranquilo con preciosas vistas. Olivos y árboles frutales rodearon la propiedad.

Perfect familie huis

Het huis is super voor 2 gezinnen. Ruime eettafel buiten, prima ingerichte keuken. Het zwembad is lekker groot in een zeer grote tuin, daarnaast zijn er voldoende lig/stoelen bij het zwembad. Voorts kun je ook nog eens naast het zwembad onder een pergola lunchen met zijn allen. Als uitvalsbasis naar Lucca (20 min) en Florence (60 min) zeer geschikt dichterbij is bijv. Montecarlo mooi authentiek stadje.

Wonderful traditional Tuscan experience

We (2 parents and 4 adult children) had an exceptional holiday at the Meriggio Barn. The house is a wonderful family home, superbly well equipped and extremely comfortable and spacious. The air conditioning is excellent on hot evenings to cool the bedrooms. Communications with the della Santa family were extremely courteous and professional - they responded instantly to any minor problem we had and were very efficient at replacing the WiFi router which had developed a fault. We just loved the house - it is full of character - so much more appealing than some anonymous holiday villas we have rented over the years. It sits in a small cluster of houses and yet is very private. This was a relaxing holiday for us so we tended to spend our time by the pool with occasional outings towards Lucca (25 mins drive). Each morning we went to an excellent bread shop for breakfast goodies (5mins drive) and in the evenings went to the town of Montecarlo (again 5min drive) which offered an amazing selection of restaurants and also to a great spaghetteria in Alto Pascio. The house overlooks lovely Tuscan countryside but it is very accessible from the Pisa Florence motorway and the supermarket (Esselunga - excellent opening hours) was around 15mins drive. The Meriggio Barn experience was fabulous and we would love to return some time - we would not hesitate to recommend the property to others - you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful Country home between Lucca and Florence

This house is located in the country within a small group of homes, but is close to wineries, groceries stores, and restaurants. Everything you need. Easy distance to Florence, Lucca, Pisa, The coast and the mountains. We went to all those places from the house. The house has nice rooms and enough bathrooms. The kitchen is perfect if you want to cook or have someone come in and cook for you, which we did and it was excellent. The best part of the house was just being able to relax and enjoy being in Tuscany. We would have breakfast at the house, go out for part of the day till it became hot enough that you wanted to relax in the pool. The pool was very nice and perfect for those hot summer days. Then relax on the back porch having some Italian meats and cheeses. Along with a few glasses of great wine. Many restaurants or if you wanted, we used the pizza oven that was just awesome. We had 7 of us, and it was a highlight experience. Loved the house, and would come back again.

Beautiful and relaxing stay in Tuscany

We had an amazing time at the barn! I should start by saying that the photos do not do the house justice as it is far lovelier! The house is wonderful with a huge open plan living area that is beautifully furnished and leads out onto the al fresco dining area with views over the Tuscan countryside. The pool is much bigger than we expected with plenty of space to sit and relax and is very private (not overlooked at all). The bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds and excellent air conditioning. We were 9 guests (including baby) and it didn't feel over-crowded at all as there was so much space. There are a couple of neighbouring properties but we hardly saw the residents and when we did they were very pleasant. There is a good restaurant/takeaway in walking distance (approx 10/15 min walk although the return journey is uphill) and plenty more restaurants and shops a short drive away - the village of Montecarlo is particularly picturesque with a number of good restaurants along its Main Street and square. It was a straightforward 30 minute drive from Pisa airport and the local roads are quiet - also nice for running and cycling. The owners were very helpful and friendly offering as much advice as needed on where to go and what to do. My only minor criticism is that if you are not used to Italian recycling rules then it is quite complicated - even with the owners careful instructions! It would be easier if there were just 4/5 bins each labelled...,however that is only a tiny point. Overall a wonderful and relaxing stay - we will definitely be returning.

Spacious home superbly furnished great facilities

We had a fantastic fortnight at Meriggio barn. The property is a spacious extremely well furnished home with all the facilities you could want to enjoy a relaxing holiday. It also is an ideal location for day trips to Lucca Florence etc. The owners Adolfo and Carolina were always helpful and happy to give advice. You wont go wrong staying here!!

We are the Della Santa Family and exactly we are Adolfo, Carolina, Ilaria and Elisa.
Adolfo is the daddy, Carolina the mom, me and Ilaria are the 2 daughters. Adolfo is became a Nonno (Grandpa) the 24 of June 2011 my daughter Greta was born...a wonderful baby girl. in june 2015 arrived Lorenzo (Ilaria's baby) in july 2015 arrived Flavio (my son), all of them have the joys of the granparents
We are a close family and since few years ago we have
decided to rent our property (started in 2006).
Since we were little, our parents taught us the importance of interpersonal relationships .. we love to travel, we have visited a lots of places around the world, all together and by our self and this kind of activity is an opportunity to travel without moving encountering cultures, languages ??and new stories within our own walls!
Dad is a salesman, Mom is a real estate agent, Ilaria a psychologist and me a real estate agent just like my mom..
If you come into our house we'd love to introduce you our family and be at your disposal to know our country with suggestions and curiosity ...
At home you will find many useful books to the knowledge of our area and we will be glad to illustrating!

My mom and dad fall in love with this property in the far 1994 and when it was bought in 1995 it was just a ruin... only the external walls were there.. Carolina and Adolfo fall in loved with the area, with the view, with the fascinating of being a private and single house but in a small nucleus of House, so that you can have your own privacy but at the same time feel safe because not alone.. and it was a great condition for grown...

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The views and the smells... when the sky is cleaned you can see the towers of Lucca... then you can admire the surroundings hills an during September and October you can smell the taste of grapes and the wine.. and make your own olive oil!
