We love well-behaved dogs! We have a large fenced and gated backyard for them to run and play. If you would like to bring your dogs, we charge $75 per pet, and it will be your responsibility to pick up any yard waste from your pets. Please send us a message to discuss your furry friend!

- Kitchen table seats 4, can be opened to accommodate 6. There are also 2 countertop bar stools.
-The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials including:
* Keurig coffee maker and coffee pot.
* Pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, cooking utensils & basic spices.
*Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, & countertop ice maker.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is a great place to relax and watch your favorite shows on the 70” smart TV with Netflix included.

MASTER BEDROOM
The spacious master bedroom has a king mattress and a 50" smart TV with Netflix. Guests can log into their own streaming services as well.

GUEST BEDROOM 1
The guest bedroom has a queen mattress and 42" smart TV with Netflix. Guests can log into their own streaming services as well.

GUEST BEDROOM 2
The guest bedroom has a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle mattress. Desk space includes a monitor if desired. A 32" TV with Firestick available to guests using their own streaming services.

BATHROOMS
There are 2 full bathrooms; one off the master bedroom, and the other in main hallway next to the guest bedrooms. All bathrooms have towels, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash provided.

LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer available for your convenience.

GARAGE
Foosball, air hockey table, beach chairs (4), and 2 adult bikes.

PARKING
- 1 Garage parking spot available. Garage door opener provided, if the remote is lost or broken, guest will be charged $150 for replacement.
- Driveway can accommodate 2-4 vehicles, and yes you can bring your own boat!
