Smoking is allowed only on the balconies. Smoking inside the apartment will attract penalty of Rs. 2000/-

Misplacement of keys will attract a penalty of Rs. 3000/- as we have to change entire locking system.

Refundable security deposit of Rs. 3000/- is required at the time of check in.

Copy of passport and visa for foreign nationals and government ID for Indian nationals of each guest is required at the time of check in.
