The place is excellent for couples, business travellers, long term rentals, families with kids as well as group of friends. Grocery, Medical Store and Salons are in the society market. Finest of food stalls & restaurants are all located on a walk of 5-10 minutes.

A private 1250 sq ft apartment located in a posh society in most central part of Noida. This is a lovely, serene space with a large living area, dining area and kitchen with all amenities. The 2 bedrooms are comfortably appointed and there is a separate living and dining area. Apartment has 2 bathrooms equipped with modern fixtures and running hot & cold water. The apartment has 3 large balconies to enjoy the outdoors without stepping out with views of the lovely gardens and swimming pool. The apartment is equipped with 100% power back up.

Smoking is allowed only in the balconies. Smoking inside the apartment will attract penalty of Rs. 2000/-
Misplacement of keys will attract a penalty of Rs. 3000/- as we have to change entire locking system.
Refundable security deposit of Rs. 3000/- is required at the time of check in.
Copy of passport and visa for foreign nationals and government ID for Indian nationals of each guest is required at the time of check in.
