Enjoy the pleasant surroundings of this unique old home and unwind in the cozy living spaces. With 2 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, your comfort is guaranteed. We are the perfect spot to stay during the Covered Bridge Festival.

Unplug & relax in the spacious, beautiful country home that overlooks a quaint pond and abundant wildlife. Get a full nights sleep in our soft, super comfy beds. Come on out & enjoy some time away.

**We are a wedding venue. The majority of weddings book the house with the wedding because they have the whole property for the entire weekend. The house is usually not available to rent when we have a wedding but in the off chance that the wedding is only a single day event, the house will be available for online guests (you) to rent. Great stay for a long weekend. 20 minutes from family reunion at Turkey Run State Park. Check-in was very easy (even left the lights on for us when we arrived very late). This farm house was equipped with modern amenities, rooms were very spacious, cool A/C, large dining room, picturesque views with the pond and gazebo, great views from the sun room also (and very comfortable couch), quiet and secluded. Great first fishing experience for my grandkids. Jenny Beasley is a great host and readily responded to questions. Will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

We didn't want to leave this beautiful property!

We were not aware that this house is located amidst an outdoor wedding venue that includes a pond with fountain, a gazebo, a deck on the edge of the pond, and a huge yard. It is in the country but close to the places we wanted to visit - Terre Haute, West Lafayette, Center Point, the nearby covered bridges and Turkey Run State Park. It is idyllic and peaceful. We cut our sightseeing short one day to go back to this house to enjoy the porch and the view. The owner lives in another house at the far end of the property and introduced herself but otherwise is not intrusive. The kitchen is very well-equipped, there is plenty of seating in the house for eating and card-playing, there is lots of seating in the living room and the four-season porch, and the beds are comfortable.The toilet in the downstairs bathroom is a bit quirky but we loved the entire place. The owner's communication was complete and prompt. We especially appreciated the 2pm check-in time and the 11am checkout time and we took advantage of both. We are three senior women who travel together a few times a year. This was a ten-day road trip around northern and central Indiana, culminating in picking up a grandson from nearby West Lafayette at the end of his freshman year at Purdue. We loved this property and highly recommend it. If you are in the area we also highly recommend a visit to the CANDLES Holocaust Museum in Terre Haute and the Exotic Feline Animal Rescue in Center Point, both nearby.
