We are a family of 4, with a teenager and an elementary school kid. We are seasoned in the vacation rental business. We try our best to accommodate the guests, making sure they have everything provided as needed. We take into consideration every constructive advice and critique to improve the quality of service as a host. Very easy to reach, we respond typically within an hour. As much as we can, we block the calendar to enjoy the place ourselves. Even though it is more of a "staycation" for us, the kids enjoy the forest and nature. Also, we love to walk or bike. The wife is a hiker, so she enjoys beautiful hiking trails nearby.
We love to spend our date nights there, as we enjoy a variety of restaurants and bars and their family feel, away from city noise. The best part is that we do not even have to take an Uber; we can walk back home!

It is a lovely, quiet, and safe community. Greatly monitored and taken care of subdivision. Many owners have vacation homes that have been coming there for years. It is a great location, very close to restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The place itself is cozy, with suitable space, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The balcony overlooks the courtyard, and as a corner unit, you can enjoy unbelievable sunsets and sunrises. Also, at night, the sky is full of stars with a nonobstructive view. It is breathtaking.
