The Space:

Our recently updated split-level home is located in a peaceful neighborhood, ideal for families, couples, and traveling professionals, yet just a few minutes' walk to the vibrant restaurants and bars downtown Lee’s Summit has to offer.

This spacious home boasts 5 King Beds across 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main floor features 3 bedrooms—one with an ensuite bathroom, and two others sharing a hallway bath. The basement provides an additional 2 King Beds with its own private bathroom, offering ultimate comfort and privacy.

Designed with relaxation in mind, our home is filled with beautiful natural light and a cozy, welcoming ambiance. The aesthetic is carefully curated to provide a comfortable setting with soft, high-quality bedding, thoughtfully chosen furnishings, and a calming atmosphere. Whether you're enjoying a cup of coffee in the lounge, reading a book, or simply unwinding, this is the perfect space to relax.



The home is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, and an easy-to-use smart lock for convenience. You’ll find everything you need to feel at home—tastefully decorated, tidy, and uncomplicated.



For outdoor enjoyment, there’s a large porch perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. While the backyard is not fenced, it offers plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.



Located with easy access to highways, you’re only 20 minutes from Downtown Kansas City, yet can easily walk to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions Lee’s Summit has to offer. There is street parking available, and the driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. Please note that the garage is used for owner storage and is not accessible to guests.

Guest Access:

Check-in is completely contact free—guests use a key pad to unlock the home from the front entrance. The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, offering a quiet, welcoming atmosphere. Just minutes from downtown Lee’s Summit, you’ll have easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. While the area provides a calm retreat, it’s also well-connected, with quick access to major highways and only 20 minutes to Downtown Kansas City.



Getting Around:

-If you're not bringing your car we have ample parking. Uber/Lyft are your very accessible.

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings or No Unregistered guests. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking.



Be kind to the neighbors.

Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways.



If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



Local guests—please contact us before making a reservation. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we need to provide prior authorization or preapproval for local bookings. This policy helps us manage our property effectively and maintain a welcoming environment for everyone. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.



Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available if you cancel more than five days before your arrival, minus any processing fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within five days of arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
