Welcome to your perfect getaway! This beautifully remodeled brick home is just a mile from the heart of downtown Lee’s Summit, where you’ll find top restaurants, boutique shopping, and vibrant nightlife. Enjoy the best of city convenience while relaxing in a stylish, serene space.

Start your mornings with a café-quality espresso from our high-end machine, then unwind in a cozy, thoughtfully designed atmosphere. Whether you’re here for business or pleasure, this inviting retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and modern amenities—all just minutes from everything you need! We strive to provide a relaxing and enjoyable stay for all our guests and neighbors.

We take pride in offering a safe, peaceful, and comfortable experience for all guests. Please read and respect the following rules:

General Rules
Check-in: After 4:00PM
Check-out: By 11:00AM
Maximum guests: 8 guests
Minimum age to rent: 21
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking or vaping inside the property.

Security
Outdoor cameras are installed at entry points for your safety and to monitor check-in compliance.

Tampering with cameras or Wi-Fi equipment is grounds for immediate eviction.

Noise & Respect for Neighbors
Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM.
Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Loud music, yelling, or other disruptive behavior is not permitted.

Visitors & Guest Limit
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Please notify us in advance of any changes to your guest count.
Pets: There is a maximum of two pets allowed on the property. If you are bringing a pet there is a $125 pet fee. Which can be added by selecting pet during the reservation process.
Please note that certain closets, the garage, and the office are off-limits during your stay. These spaces are used for owner storage and are not accessible to guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these areas.

Tar Heels take on Lees Summit

Our family enjoyed our stay. Easy check-in, quick response from Jenn, and great snacks for my 2-year old. Modern, clean, bright and cozy! Quiet neighborhood and close to Walmart and food. Would stay again!

Great for family

The check in process was simple, the space was as advertised, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of linens in both bathrooms, comfy beds in all rooms. Nice back yard for toddler to burn off energy! We didnt use them as our stay was short, but propane grill and flat top were available nice perks if we had stayed longer. Definitely will stay again when visiting family!

Convenient and spacious. Quiet neighborhood located near grocery and fast food stores. House could use a thorough cleaning to include window sills and under furniture. Would stay there again.

While there is no smoking allowed in this home, there is a distinct smell of cigarettes when you enter and in master bedroom. Near both areas are locked office and closet, perhaps originating from there. You do get accustomed to it but would not stay there again.

Disappointed

Despite the good things about this unit (quiet, updated decor, cleanliness), I would never stay here again. It smelled like cigarette smoke and made my eyes water, throat hurt and clothes smelled like smoke. And there was only one tiny closet to share for three bedrooms and no provisions to hang anything. Add to that, no drawers, storage, cabinets in the master bedroom and bathroom. All available storage was locked. This unit was all looks and no substance; no thoughtfulness for guests. The unit is also on a busy street which was difficult to drive to and from driveway with no on street parking. I cannot recommend.

While I’m glad you appreciated the quiet setting, cleanliness, and updated décor, I’m truly sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations in other areas. I want to address a few of your concerns directly. First, I take immense pride in maintaining a clean and smoke-free environment. The property was freshly painted and professionally deep-cleaned before your arrival, and as someone who is very sensitive to cigarette smoke myself, I can confidently say the home is strictly non-smoking. Additionally, we’ve not received similar concerns from other guests, but I’ll certainly continue to monitor this closely. Regarding storage: while the master closet and vanity are reserved for owner use (as clearly stated in the listing), there are two nightstands in the master bedroom, each with 2 drawers for guest use. We’ve also provided hangers and a shared closet to accommodate wardrobe needs. As for parking, the listing notes that street parking is not permitted. However, the triple-wide driveway is available and easily fits multiple vehicles for guest convenience. Every detail of this home has been thoughtfully curated with guest comfort in mind—from the cleanliness and cozy décor to the stocked snacks, fresh linens, and welcoming touches throughout. While we regret that your stay didn’t meet your personal expectations, we hope future guests will continue to enjoy the care and hospitality we put into this space.

Great place near downtown Lee’s Summit. Very clean, nice size spaces, perfect for us as we went to KC to visit our son who moved there after college and just has a 1 bedroom apartment. Great host, very responsive!
