Amazing Loft located at the center of Guadalajara, very near major points of interest. The loft provides high-speed Wifi, coworking and gym in the premises. Ideal for a centric and pleasant stay.

For stays longer than 1 month, it is necessary to hire our weekly cleaning fee, with a cost of $420 MXN per week.

Entry to the accommodation requires a damage deposit, you can select one of our two options:
1) The single payment of $107 MXN
2) Withholding of $1,500 MXN that is released at the end of the stay if no damage is committed (the reflection of this amount depends on your banking institution)

We love welcoming your furry companions! To ensure that everyone enjoys a comfortable stay, we apply a security deposit of $1,000 MXN when staying with pets. This fully refundable amount will only be used if any damages or messes occur during the stay.
