It has a 10' cleaning table with water & electricity. There are also 2 boat lifts. The boat lifts do require prior authorization before use.

🛻 The extra large driveway is another unique feature, it's perfect for accommodating many vehicles for a function, and can even hold trailers, large trucks, & an RV if needed.

😍 The large windows on the 2nd floor make for the most beautiful views, no matter the time of day, or the weather.

🌅 The 3rd floor balcony boast a birds eye view of the bay, while also being eye to eye with the tops of the palm trees. The breeze up here is amazing and it's a great spot to catch the morning sunrise or evening sunset.
