Boosting an open concept living area, large backyard with hot tub, and golf course views, this spacious rental is perfect for a family ski trip or an extended mountain getaway. Located minutes from the biking trails, rec center, fishing with permits, playground, grocery, store and many restaurants and shops!

Fantastic stay overall, the home was exactly as described. We had a total of 9 people including several kids and everyone had a great time. The host was very communicative and replied very quickly each time. Close to town and plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our 5 day stay at this property. There was ample parking for our 4 vehicles. All the rooms were large and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, cookware and small appliances. The hot tub was in good working order. The yard is very big and fenced in so our two little dogs were secure. The host answered all questions very promptly and checked in after we arrived to make sure our stay was satisfactory. All in all, this was a great place for a larger group.

An amazing trip to Pagosa Springs!

We absolutely loved staying here. The home is absolutely gorgeous, clean, stylish, well stocked, and newly completely renovated. Natalie was super responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, and close to everything we needed for our stay. The drive to Wolf Creek was easy this time of year and the mountain still had amazing snow. 35 min or so up the mountain and you were there. highly recommend this property and will absolutely stay here again!

A Pagosa Gem

The house was impeccably decorated, tidy and well appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, appliances etc. The enclosed backyard and hot tub were also a nice plus. The location was great as only 30-40 minutes to Wolf Creek & the Walmart grocery a couple of minutes away. It was perfect for our family ski trip ranging in age from 14-72 for 6 people. The property manager was very attentive when we had questions. We would stay here again for sure!!

We want to stay at the rental again next summer. My husband and me with our two dogs really enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Being situated near a golf course was like being at a wildlife preserve. We had seen deer every day, flocks of geese, birds we haven’t seen in a long time because we live in the desert, and a hot air balloon flying close by. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in compared to all the other rentals we stayed in over the years. Usually, I always cook when we go to rentals, but this time the restaurants were so close by we ordered out every night. It’s only a five minute drive to restaurants and the City Market Grocery Store. It’s a 10 minute drive to the Pagosa Springs resort where we soaked in the tubs almost every day. We have been going to Pagosa Springs for years. We will be back next year and will stay longer.
