Relax in the private hot tub out back while you gaze at the starry sky and listen to the river run right through the backyard, or enjoy a game of golf at the Mt. Carmel Golf Course located just across the street!

The Space:
Welcome to Sleeping R, your home away from home! Sleeping R features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms all on one level. Enter the home and find a comfortable living room with couches and a smart TV, making it the perfect spot to gather and relax. Just off the living room you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and supplies you need to make your favorite meals, as well as a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven stovetop, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and utensils.

Bedroom 1 features a queen sized bed, and ensuite bathroom, and a TV. Bedroom 2 features a queen sized bed, and bedroom 3 features bunk beds, both full size. The home is fully stocked with pillows, blankets, and fresh linens for a restful night's sleep. The two bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, towels, and toilet paper. Both bathrooms are showers only, no bath tubs. A high chair and portable crib are available for those traveling with young children.

The covered sun porch is right off the kitchen and is a cozy space full of natural light, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The sun porch leads to a private backyard complete with a wood-burning firepit (wood can be purchased across the street at the Shell station), and your own private hot tub! Enjoy the starry skies of Southern Utah as you relax in the hot tub and listen to the sounds of the Virgin River running right beyond the back fence. The perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. If you enjoy golf, the Mt. Carmel golf course (9 holes) is located just across the street!

Guests will have full access to the home and amenities including free onsite covered parking, high speed wifi, and a personalized check in code before your stay to ensure a seamless arrival experience.

Self check in is convenient and easy! A keyless entry door code will be sent to you prior to check in.

The Neighborhood:
Sleeping R is located in Mt. Carmel Utah on Hwy 89. The Mt. Carmel golf course is located just across the street. A Chevron gas station, Subway restaurant and the locally owned Thunderbird restaurant are also just across the street and within walking distance. Zion National Park is just 17 miles away, and Bryce Canyon National Park is a 1 hour drive.

Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, The Wave, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Kanab, UT is 20 minutes away. Page, AZ airport is 1.5 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 2 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away.
