Sleeping arrangements
The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, designed to accommodate up to 9 guests. The primary bedroom includes a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, closet, and private access to the backyard. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed with a twin trundle and a make-up vanity. In the third bedroom, you will find two full size beds, while the fourth bedroom has a king size bed and two make-up stations.

Outdoor living
The spacious backyard is a highlight of the home, with a private outdoor pool available year-round and optional heated for added comfort. Guests can gather around the fire pit, relax on outdoor furniture or sun loungers, and share meals at the outdoor dining area. A BBQ grill with provided propane makes it easy to enjoy evenings outside.

Kitchen & dining
The well equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking at home, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided, along with dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and children’s dinnerware. A dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals.

Comfort & convenience
Inside, you’ll find high speed Wi-Fi, a TV, and a dedicated workspace. Central heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and portable fans help keep the home comfortable. Laundry is easy with a washer, dryer, iron, and essentials like towels, bed sheets, and extra blankets provided. Families will appreciate the pack ’n play, high chair, and board games included.

Safety & access
The single level home has no stairs inside and offers free parking in the driveway along with free street parking. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras. Noise decibel monitors are on site.

Oldtown Scottsdale and several golf courses are just a short drive away, making it simple to enjoy the best of the area while returning to the privacy of your own space.
