Pool & Outdoor Grill

• Heated Pool for a fee. Please request this at least 24 hours prior to your stay. Message the host for the fee

• There is no pool fence. Please keep safety a priority

• Pool bubblers and lights are operated on a smart system. Please message the host if you want these features turned on/off. They are on a timer.

• Pool floats are located in the shed on the side of the property.

• Outdoor cornhole, giant jenga, and beer pong table located in the shed on the side of the property. Please return them back when not being used.

• Outdoor grill is connected through natural gas line.

Outside Vendors

• Outside vendors must be approved by the host. Examples of approved vendors include decorators, photographers, masseuses, facial cosmetologists, yoga instructors, private chefs.



Music & Noise

• Quiet hours are 9:30pm to 8:00am per the City of Scottsdale



Longer Stays

• For longer stays we can provide additional professional cleaning and new bedding for a fee upon request!



The property does have a front yard ring doorbell cam.
