The main house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Groups with 7 guests or more also have access to a special bonus, “The Game Room,” which features a genuine 40th anniversary Ms. Pac-Man machine, a 58” smart TV with streaming apps, and full/twin bunk beds. Groups of 6 or less may request access to the game room for an additional fee. Please note, the house accommodates as many as 9 guests total, but due to the limitations of the bunkbeds, the house is limited to no more than 6 adults.

Immediate neighborhood is very quiet and lightly traveled - very walkable! Venture to the main road and there are cafes, restaurants, groceries, mini-golf and other activities, and all sorts of unique mom-and-pop shops aplenty. Easy access to the renowned Assawoman Canal and Fresh Pond bike trails. Close and convenient kayak launch access

Please note that our house is an animal free and smoke free house. This rule also extends to emotional support animals.
For first-time visitors, Bethany Beach is a quaint, family-friendly seaside community. There is a boardwalk with sea-themed shops, cafes, restaurants, indoor mini-golf, arcade, ice cream and candies, etc. The town sponsors free concerts on the boardwalk, movies on the beach, and of course fireworks on the Fourth!
