This AMAZING Beach House has never been offered for rent until now. With a Private Pool, Gated Beach Access, and plenty of parking, it's a perfect choice for your family vacation in Santa Monica Beach. Located just West of Panama City Beach, Santa Monica Beach is close enough to all the activity but without the noise and crowds.
The sprawling home offers 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths, 2 Kitchens, a screened porch overlooking the Private Pool, and 2nd floor Terrace overlooking the Gulf of Mexico!

There are plenty of beautiful places to rent in Panama City Beach, but we strive to offer the best properties and the best service. We want every guest to have a stress-free vacation to remember!

A maximum of TWO well-behaved and well-trained dogs (under 30 lbs) are allowed in this unit! A non-refundable pet of $200 per pet applies.

FAMILIES ONLY! Must be 25 or older to rent. No Student Groups. If you are under 25 and your parents aren't with you, you cannot rent this property. Any deception will result in loss of rent and eviction.

NO SMOKING! Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises of this property including balconies. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. All smoking devices are prohibited.



Rental agreement will be emailed after reservation and must be filled out in a timely manner or may result in cancellation.

Wonderful vacation! The Host was very responsive and accommodating. The home was beautiful. Loved the pool and the fact that the beach was just across the street. Terrific view from the 2nd floor deck. Can't wait to book this home again!

Perfect family getaway

We can't say enough about how well the house is suited for everything needed for a beach vacation! Your are only a small amount of footsteps from the private beach entry and we only had 2 or 3 other people use the area around us. You truly feel like it's your own beach paradise. Then you get to come back to the pool out back of the house and cool off before getting ready to hit the local restaurants. That was our days pretty much everyday and enjoyed every minute of it. We didn't do much cooking at the house but it had everything needed as well as a full size coffee maker with filters and a Keurig. The host is very attentive and very responsive. This was our 2nd stay here and hope to be back a few more times down the road.

Great Family stay

This house had everything we needed. We traveled with 3 children and the space worked great. The company handling the check in was very responsive and easy to work with. Location close to the beach was awesome.

Beautiful house!

Great location, the beach with private entrance was amazing, out of the noise and accumulation of people. The house is huge! and has everything and more that we needed. The pool is really nice! Kendall was very easy to work with! Definitely we will come back!

Nice location

Spent 3 weeks here - pros - Nice location, just across the street from the beach, beach is not crowed which I loved, the pool was a plus. Cons - the home could use a little updating on the downstairs, the furniture is way outdated and uncomfortable, very dark paint downstairs, no privacy from the blinds downstairs - people can see right them. Over all the home is a great place to stay - your not at home so your always going to find things that need to be changed. The 4 star review was based on this and I should have went lower but I did like the house and location - all 3 bathrooms, the toilets had not been cleaned in months and you could tell it.

Felt like home

As soon as you walk in you feel like it’s your home. The house is sprawling with room on each floor. Our family loved the split levels to where mom and dad could have the top portion to themselves and the kids had the lower. The views from the balcony are worth waking up early and taking in! The location is ideal with a very short walk to the gated private beach access. We’ve never felt so at peace at the beach as we did at this location. At Santa Monica we didn’t feel crowded as there was only a handful of other people using the area during our stay. That may change at different times of the season but for mid August it was ideal to feel like you had your own personal beach area to use. The house is stocked full of utensils, plates, cups etc…. We literally only needed snacks and lunch meats as we ate out most every night. The house has a gas grill but we didn’t get the chance to use it with all the offerings of the city. The pool area was a great hangout in the evening hours to cool of and unwind. Some places we have been before have issues with the a/c, but this house seems to have newer units and keep both floors very pleasant when coming back in from the beach. All in all this was our families favorite vacation and its due to this house and its great location. We certainly appreciate the owners in letting us enjoy their house.

PCB House review

This place was great! Lots of room. Pool was very private. View of the gulf was perfect in the evening for watching the sunset. Beach itself was pristine. My kids freaked out when they saw dolphins and a manatee with her calf. The house was nicely furnished with all the necessities. We will definitely book this place for a longer stay next time!

New rental property sets the bar!

We have had great experiences with this property manager, so when we saw they had a new beach house we decided to try it out. This place far exceeded our expectations! The house is huge. We had 2 families and having 2 kitchens was a big plus. We could be together when we wanted or have some private time when we wanted. The beach access is exclusive and there were max 3 or four groups on a hundred yard stretch. We will definitely reserve this house for our next beach vacay!

Best Beach House…. Ever!

Our family had the most amazing time at this home. The location was top notch, nothing built on the private beach and the entrance was gated. The private pool was beautiful and the outdoor areas had enough room to spread out. Plenty of patio and porch furniture and a gas grill! The house is beautifully decorated and is perfectly designed for a family of 2 or 10. The views from the terrace are spectacular, best sunsets on the planet! Haven Beach Rentals provided the best experience we have ever had with a vacation rental. We are planning our next visit!
