The Space:

This is one of the largest and most exquisite homes that you'll find available for rent in this part of the Salt Lake Valley. The owners live in Italy and they recently sent their personal decorator in to completely furnish and re-decorate it, so the place is incredible. If you're coming to the Salt Lake Valley and want to stay in a truly luxurious home with every amenity you could ask for, this is the place for you.



Perched on the foothills of the Wasatch Range in the Rocky Mountains, this home is in a beautiful QUIET suburban neighborhood. From the private shady back deck, you can view Mount Olympus and the Oquirrh Mountain Range through the trees.



This home has a massive 4K television in the theater room, and it comes ready for you to log into all of your favorite streaming services. There is another TV on the main floor with right off of the kitchen and dining area. There is a foosball table and a ping-pong table in the entertainment room. NO CATS ALLOWED. Dogs are welcome and require a $99 pet fee.



This home is a favorite of our guests who return year after year for skiing because it has such easy access to all three of the major ski area in Utah: Big Cottonwood Canyon, Little Cottonwood Canyon, and the Park City area.

Guest Access:

Guests will be provided with nearly everything they need: linens, towels, kitchen soap, detergent, laundry machine, hair dryer, iron, etc. Please note that you MUST coordinate with us if you want to arrive before 5 PM since other guests might be checking out on that same morning that you arrive. When this site says that your check-in time is "flexible", they mean that we can work with you if you request an early check-in; it doesn't mean that you can check in whenever you want and we don't guarantee early check-ins. So please plan on getting our approval for your check-in time. Please request high chairs, pack-n-play cribs, and blow-up beds prior to arrival.

Getting Around:

There is an inexpensive bus system that will take you almost anywhere in the valley and this home is very close to several of the bus stops.



Other Things to Note:

This is a very old house. It is updated and in excellent shape, but it is an old house none the less. Do not expect a condo built in 2021.



WE HAVE NO HIDDEN FEES. Our only fees are clearly listed in several places on this listing: There is a a one-time cleaning fee which is clearly listed by this site. Dogs are welcome, NO CATS ALLOWED, any other type of animal needs to be approved ahead of time. Conventions rates & holidays will override the standard rates shown, even if the convention dates change. Some convention dates are not input yet, and will apply regardless of reservations and inquiries made.



Rates fluctuate automatically according to a computer-driven algorithm based on supply & demand. But don't worry, your rates will be locked in at the time you pay for your reservation, so if they go up or down, we will not charge you the difference or give you a refund. So no worries - we'll honor your original rates :-)



We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, and one self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit, free of charge on request. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but each additional item will cost $25 per stay. A baby stroller can be provided free of charge but we don't usually keep those at the house, so please request that ahead of time. Additional items that are requested ahead of time are almost always guaranteed, but any last-minute requests are not guaranteed.



Interaction with Guests:

We coordinate with all guests ahead of time to make sure their check-in is easy and stress-free. In some instances, we can meet guests at the house and give them a tour of the home and tell them about the restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. Check-in times must be coordinated prior to arrival to guarantee an exact check-in time.
