From the moment you enter Aurora Summit at The Residences at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, the stunning slope views invite you to experience everything this area has to offer. This mountain chic 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence combines the comforts of home with the elevated service and hotel amenities offered. After a day on the mountain, relax by the fireplace or unwind in one of three rooftop hot tubs, savor a craft cocktail at Hidden Ace, or enjoy a meal at the signature Remington Hall. Meanwhile, younger guests can relax and make new friends in the Nexus Lounge, a dedicated space just for teens.

This prime spot provides easy access to multiple ski resorts, biking and hiking trails, and downtown Park City, just a 15-minute drive away, with abundant dining, shopping, and entertainment options. In the summer, enjoy local events such as the Park Silly Sunday Market, Deer Valley Music Festival, 4th of July Celebration, and Miner’s Day, along with outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, and concerts on the slopes at Canyons Village.

• The area is safe to walk

• Onsite parking is available. Valet is the only parking option, at $50 per day.

Check-In Details for The Residences at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley

To ensure a seamless check-in experience, you will be required to register at the Front Desk/Guest Reception upon arrival. During check-in, a guest folio will be created, and a valid form of identification and credit card will be required for any incidental charges. Once registered, you will receive keys to your residence, providing access for the duration of your stay.



As part of the check-in process, guests will also be asked to sign a release form, acknowledging and agreeing to the rental terms and conditions, including a waiver of claims related to the stay.



Please note that a daily resort fee of $20.00 (subject to change) will be applied to your stay. This fee includes access to a variety of services and amenities designed to enhance your experience, such as:
