THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The home is located in the heart of downtown Spring Lake, with restaurants, coffee shops, and waterfront paths just a short walk away. You’ll be able to enjoy the charm of the Village and its seasonal social district nearby.

The property sits on the corner of two main roads, so there is some daytime traffic. The majority of the yard is fully fenced, providing added privacy and a secure space for families to relax.


THE HOME
This is an older home with character and a few unique architectural features from past additions. The upstairs staircase has areas with slightly lower clearance due to original rooflines, so taller guests may want to take note.
