OUTDOOR LIVING

Enjoy the stunning Black Hills and Mount Rushmore views from the front porch or the wraparound patio. The outdoor area is perfect for gatherings and includes:

- Dining set with seating for 8 guests
- Basketball hoop

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Each booking includes a unique keyless entry code for your convenience and security.

We do not live on the property but are available to assist with any questions or needs during your stay. Please let us know if you’re celebrating something special or visiting for a unique occasion!

The George House has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps 8.

CHECKIN/CHECKOUT
- Check-In is 4PM and Check-Out is 10 AM
- Early check-ins or late check-outs aren’t always possible, as we often need the full turnover window if another guest is departing or arriving the same day especially with larger groups.
- If flexibility opens up, we’re always happy to let you know. Please reach out if you’d like us to contact you in case an early check-in or late check-out becomes available. If you’d like to arrive several hours earlier, we recommend booking the night prior (if it’s available) to guarantee early access and settle in at your own pace.

PETS
We allow up to 3 dogs, 50 lb each, for $90 per dog per stay.
VRBO charges one $90 pet fee at booking, regardless of the number of dogs added. For a second or third dog, we will request an additional $90 per dog after booking.
For more than 3 dogs, a dog over 50 lb, or another type of animal, please inquire before booking. Approval is case by case.


TRAVEL INSURANCE
- Guests advised to purchase travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies are enforced.

PARKING
Our driveway can fit 3 cars. Please be mindful of our neighbors and do not park on their private property. The empty lot across from our garage does not belong to us and we ask that guests do not park on it.


GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY HOLD (Which is not a security deposit and is allowable on Airbnb), & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED

Hi! We are your welcoming hosts and we look forward to hosting you. This place is extraordinary and does require guests to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit and is allowable on Airbnb) in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
