CHECKIN/CHECKOUT
- Check-In is 4PM and Check-Out is 10 AM
- Early check-ins or late check-outs aren’t always possible, as we often need the full turnover window if another guest is departing or arriving the same day especially with larger groups.
- If flexibility opens up, we’re always happy to let you know. Please reach out if you’d like us to contact you in case an early check-in or late check-out becomes available. If you’d like to arrive several hours earlier, we recommend booking the night prior (if it’s available) to guarantee early access and settle in at your own pace.
PETS
We allow up to 3 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay. Pet Fees
At the moment of booking, if you add your pets, the platform will include the fee for the first pet in the total, and we will request the additional ones afterwards.
If you’d like to bring additional pets, or larger than 50lb, please send an inquiry first for approval.
Other animals, including cats, are approved on a case by case scenario.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
- Guests advised to purchase travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies are enforced.
PARKING
Our driveway can fit 3 cars. Please be mindful of our neighbors and do not park on their private property. The empty lot across from our garage does not belong to us and we ask that guests do not park on it.

**1. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY**
Guest must accurately disclose the number of adults, children, and pets in the booking. This number applies to both overnight and daytime visitors. Unauthorized over-occupancy may result in eviction without refund.

A $500 fee applies for indoor smoking or vaping. Outdoor smoking is permitted only with windows and doors closed. Guest is liable for odor or residue removal costs.

Parking instructions and capacity are listed in the property description. Unauthorized parking or exceeding the limit may result in fines or towing.
**8. LOCK OUTS / KEYS**
Keyless codes are active during your stay. Lost keys or lockouts may incur up to a $150 fee.

Please refer to the listing for what is provided. Only flush septic-safe toilet paper. Plumbing damage due to misuse will be charged to the guest.
