Enjoyed our 5-night stay, very comfortable house for a romantic getaway.Nick & Marjana live behind the house and are excellent host with an amazing back story.They have put in a lot of TLC to this rental that makes it special.The available parking for one large or 2 small vehicles is also a plus along with the wonderful kitchen layout.

My husband & I had a great overnight stay at this lovely home!! Nicely decorated, quiet & clean. The beds were comfortable. The welcome package with chocolates, chips & water was appreciated!! We were glad to have a driveway to park in. Besnik was a great host!!

This home was a perfect gem! The house was very clean, the kitchen was amazing and fully stocked, and the location was perfect -- as my dogs and I were at the beach in less than a five minute walk. We really enjoyed this home. The host was great with communication. I would highly recommend this home!

Great stay!

Besnick and Marjanna's home is a great spot for a home base in Norfolk and just an easy walk to the beach. They included special extra touches such as snacks and water and were available if we needed them. Great hosts and great home!

Besnik and Marjana are so incredibly nice. Their home is beautiful and spotless. The beds were spacious and comfortable. Even the couches were comfortable. My sister in law told me she could have fallen asleep in the recliner. We hosted a graduation lunch for my daughter and there was plenty of space for everyone. The front porch was a great place to take pictures while the back yard was cute and private. The neighborhood felt safe, parking was not an issue and the owners were nearby if I needed anything or had questions. Marjana actually came by and offered suggestions (on how to park) for parking so we could fit more vehicles in the driveway. The beach was an easy walk that only took a few minutes which was nice. I highly recommend this house if you’re in the area. Besnik and Marjana are the nicest most welcoming people we have ever rented from. Their home is also one of the nicest and comfiest homes we have rented.

The property was very clean and so nice! The check in was very easy and the property is in a very good location! The host was very gracious to provide some snacks and toiletries! Must stay again and I highly recommend!

Great location. 11/2 block walk to beach access. Easy to get to Norfolk, VA beach & colonial/rev & civil war sights. House is very clean and well furnished. Host is very responsive. It is great to have a dedicated parking space. Not a problem for the 2 of us but,the only access to the main bathroom with the shower is through the 2nd bedroom.

Great house

We needed a place to cook and watch The Oscars. This place was perfect. It is well designed with TV room, dining, and kitchen all connected in a big open space. The kitchen had everything you could want for cooking a big meal. The host was very responsive and so kind to let us in a little early when we needed to prep some food. I would rent here again.

Sheer Perfection

This is the BEST experience I have ever had with using services like VRBO. The host went above and beyond for us, and she went the extra mile, multiple times. The property is beautiful and very nicely furnished, with a great parking area. The pictures do not even do it justice. We loved all the seating available in the living room and the high end appliances in the kitchen. The little patio out back is so cute and very private, with high walls so people can’t see you from outside of it. We had a very comfortable stay with a host we loved, and we look forward to going back!

We were very impressed on the cleanliness of the home. Beds were extremely comfortable which was so nice because you never really know how the beds are going to be. We really only slept at the house and didn’t use the kitchen, but the kitchen was fully stocked with a very nice coffee bar. Bathrooms were stocked and very clean.Owners were very nice and accommodating! Also, the beach is just a short walk away! I recommend staying here to anyone needing a nice, comfortable, clean place to stay with a very close proximity to the beach!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very nice. While we primarily came for Sail250, we made the quick and easy walk to the beach as well. The kitchen was well stocked with the materials we needed to make breakfasts and lunch. A good value for the price!!
