Outside is a private 12’ x 16’ backyard with shaded outdoor dining, a laundry center, and oversized custom artwork.

The Casita is in the heart of vibrant North Park, with its dozens of shops, restaurants, and a weekly farmers' market. Plus, it’s just 5 blocks from Balboa Park, with its tennis courts, swimming pool, and world-class museums. 20 minutes to many gorgeous beaches.

Though thoughtfully and beautifully designed, the Casita is best for a single person or a couple.

Note: the cottage is on the site of our former garage, and we live in the house next door, separated by a walkway. No parties, no pets, no smoking or vaping of any kind please, indoors or out. There is free street parking in the neighborhood.
