Amazing view, comfy beds, and awesome hottub. We will demurely be back. The host was great and let us check-in early. We hosted a girls night with 8 of us and it couldn’t have been better. The hottub is HUGE and the house had many sitting areas. We thought the house was clean and well stocked for the most part.

The waterfront location was beautiful. Very relaxing. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The owner/manager was very responsive to questions and concerns that were raised during the stay. Property needs to have a better cleaning service. We were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness upon arrival.

Great location, host was really accommodating and kind, very spacious place and amazing hot tub. The property fell shy of our expectations when it came to “amenities.” We had to locate towels, trash bags, and hand soap for each bathroom. The bathrooms weren’t stocked with shampoo/conditioner. The dishwasher didn’t work, only one burner one the stove worked, etc. We still had a great time but these small issues added up to be various annoyances that left you feeling a little less satisfied.

Commissioning week

Very beautiful, uniquely designed home on the water. There were 2 bedrooms on the first floor making in it easy for our elderly quests. The main suite was great for our young adults to stay in together with 2 kings, sectional and multiple love sacs. Plenty of seating throughout the home both inside and out.

The location and sunset views were beautiful, but the property had significant issues that impacted our Thanksgiving stay.The house was not clean when we arrived. We had to Swiffer the floors immediately, and we found dirty toilets, soiled toilet paper, and hair on the countertops & bathroom floors. Completely unacceptable.The stove had only one working burner, despite earlier reviews warning about the same issue. This made preparing Thanksgiving dinner extremely difficult. The primary bedroom heat didn’t work, and there were holes in the bathroom walls, broken hardware fixtures, damaged soffits and ceiling stains from leaks—clear signs of poor upkeep.The WiFi was nonfunctional. Multiple networks were listed, and none accepted the password provided.Because of this, our long-standing family tradition of watching a Thanksgiving football and a movie together was nearly ruined—we had to rely on unstable personal hotspots.For the price we paid, we expected a clean, functional home. Unfortunately, this property fell far short. I documented everything with photos and video. I believe with some repairs and a deep-clean, this home can provide a lovely stay for the next group.

This house is NOTHING like the pictures. It has not been maintained - the front of the house is trashy, cobwebs all over the entrance and back patio. When we pulled up it was so bad we thought we were at the wrong house. The outdoor furniture was very dirty and there was trash and a broken fridge on the back patio. There was not one single towel in any of the bathrooms, every toilet paper holder was broken, and there was a lot of mold in the master shower. The master bedroom smelled strongly of urine and had MULTIPLE urine stain spots on the carpet, and dog poop in the corner of the bedroom that had not been cleaned. The water filter was broken, and old dirty ice trays left in the freezer. The house is very dated, unclean, and should not be on the VRBO site for rental.
