This Benton City townhome boasts 5 inviting bedrooms, each with a cozy queen bed. With amenities like a washing machine, AC, and WiFi, guests can relax and unwind in this delightful space. The 3 bathrooms offer convenience, complete with showers for a refreshing start to the day. Fall in love with Benton City and enjoy the magic it has to offer. During summer time box elder beetles populations raise in eastern Washington. Although they are harmless they they are very annoying. We do our best to keep them away but there’s still tends to be some around the outside of the home trying to go in. Just so you guys are aware they are all over the neighborhood and the town of Benton city not just our home.

Perfect for the 5 of us that stayed there. We had 5 vehicles. The property is very nice. This stay was for work so we did not get to enjoy it as much as we wanted to.

Quiet Neighborhood, Comfy Beds!

We stayed here for a girls birthday weekend and enjoyed our visit. This house is located on a dead end street so there is virtually no traffic going by. It was very quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable! The towels were fluffy and fresh smelling! The host was a great communicator throughout our stay.

In general, the property was functional. All appliances that we tried worked. And, I had great communications with our host with all questions being answered timely and completely. However, when drilling into some of the details, the property could used some improvements.First, there were no screens on the windows. Two of our bedrooms would have liked to open their windows at night but no screens prohibit that. Plus, the master bathroom had no fan so opening the window is important.Second, general cleanliness is a problem. The livingroom carpet was filled with sharp burrs. We discovered them our first night as it was very painful when you stepped on one. After a couple of days we decided to start collecting them as there were so many. Given the number in the photo, we must have found 3-4 dozen at least - and also found in bedrooms and stairs.Further on cleanliness, there was dust and grime on baseboards and window sills. While I liked the price of the house, it didn't feel right to pay for cleaning to find out vacuuming and dusting wasn't adequate.There are not enough chairs for a group (we had 8). There were 4 chairs around the dining table. On the balcony was one folding chair (broken) and a 2nd identical chair that broke the moment i sat in it. Owner needs to invest in some more (better quality) chairs. While the kitchen was stocked with many items, we fell short on eating utensils and cups. Also we fell short of toilet paper.
