Charming, Pet-friendly, 3-bedroom home in Gilbert with AC, WiFi, pool, hot tub

You will love the private location. Close to freeway access, San Tan Village Mall, shopping galore, and tucked into a high-end neighborhood.

Our property is on an acre and you get a huge chunk of that when you stay with us. The backyard is fully fenced with a block wall and it has a large pool and hot tub, plus a covered patio. We are located at the end of a dead-end street and have no neighbors.

Enjoy the stars in the hot tub at night. We are one of the homes that have no light pollution. If you want street lights, this is not the home for you. We do have outside lights that come on at dusk in the courtyard, and the driveway has a large motion spotlight that comes on in the driveway.

Our home is described as something out of a storybook. Large grassy lawn and big shade trees. It can seem out of place in Arizona. A cute private courtyard in the front is gated and the backyard is very open and large.

This has been our private home for 21 years and we are excited to have you as our guests. We have a printed book for you with our favorite local dining spots. We walk in the morning and Starbucks, Dutch Brothers and Discovery Park are all very close. We are close to EVERYTHING!

If you are a traveling nurse or have family in the hospital, you are very close to Gilbert Mercy. I have walked across the field before to visit friends in the hospital.

This adorable 3-bedroom retreat offers a queen Murphy bed, a Tempurpedic Queen in the second bedroom, and a king-sized purple mattress that is super comfortable in the primary.

Our home is a split floorplan. The primary bed and bath is on the east side of our home and the second bedroom is on the south west and the third bedroom is in the north west. All guests have plenty of privacy.

We have shampoo and conditioner, essential soaps, large, fluffy bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and high-end sheets for comfort. A hairdryer is provided in both bathrooms.

If you need an ironing board and iron, we have it, and our WiFi is super fast.

There are three smart TV's. One in two of the bedrooms and a 65" in the living room. They pull out from the wall and swing just the right way for you to enjoy.

Our home stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It is heated and cooled and has plenty of extra blankets. We have outside blankets if you want to enjoy the patio, and we also have large outside, colored bath towels in each bedroom for the pool and hot tub.

As you drive out on our side pasture, you can feed (only the items listed in the house) our giant sulcata tortoise. He resides in the side pasture.

We are a phone call away and want all of our guests to feel right at home. Please let us know what kind of pet you have. We allow non-shedding pets, but you can always ask, and we will consider. We are pet people too!
