Enjoy our New heated pool & Hot Tub plus splash pad! Pelican Watch located at the beautiful Maravilla complex in Galveston. From high above the complex over looking the amazing pools and ocean you really can Pelican Watch as the pelicans soar over head all day!
Beautiful Gulf view can be enjoyed from the living area and the oversized balcony. This condo sleeps 8 with third and fourth floor views of the water and is decorated with contemporary & coastal artwork. The open living areas has a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen tv and glass doors that lead to the balcony where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee or evening diners al fresco! This is a two story condo with all living areas located downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. The downstairs includes a convenient half bath. If you choose to dine in, there is a fully stocked and equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters. There are plenty of options to dine at the breakfast bar, dining table which seats 4 or enjoy dining on the balcony where there are 2 smaill tables seating up to 8. Two bedrooms and two baths are located upstairs. The primary suite has a king size bed and private bath and overlooks the largest pool at the Maravilla. You can also relax in bed and watch the flat screen tv. The second bedroom offers a twin over double bunk with an additional twin trundle pull-out below, a flat screen tv and an exit to a separate smaller balcony. There are 3 elevators, this unit is closest to the back elevator; there are 10 additional steps to get to the unit. Also the bedrooms are up another flight of stairs.
BRINGING YOUR DOG: We welcome dogs so if you would like to bring your pet with you, please send a request with the type and weight and we will send you the approval.
Please add PET to your reservation. Our non-refundable pet fee is $150 plus tax for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. This project is very far away from this condo and you should not be disturbed in any way from this work.
You will have 100% access to the entire beach condo with private entrance.
This condo is located next to EVERYTHING fun in Galveston. Just step across Seawall Blvd for access to the wonderful beach. Moody Gardens is just behind us within a short drive. Within walking distance is Jimmys on the Pier for dining (upstairs...over the ocean) or fishing. You can also walk to the Go Cart tracks and the movie theater and Miniature Golf. There is a handy guide in the condo with all of our favorite restaurants and things to do.
Galveston Trolley is available at $1 per ride accessible at 81st St.
Uber & Lyft are available also.
Parking on the Seawall is available for a fee.
Fee: $1 / hour, not to exceed $8 / day, yearly passes available*
Operation: 10 AM – 6 PM, 7 days a week, 365 days per year
At the complex, there is ample non-reserved covered and uncovered parking. You can pay the front office upon arrival or the next morning if arriving after hours. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices beginning June 1, 2021 are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
Winter Texans! We offer long term winter rates for Fall and Winter every year. Simply add a 30 day or more stay and the discount is automatically added to your quote.

Amazing views overlooking the largest pool at the Maravilla and the ocean. This complex has 3 pools, one is heated plus 2 hot tubs and a splash pad. Pools are open year round. This complex is very dog friendly with a doggy shower, fenced dog park. The condo is across the street from Galveston beach. There are many things to do within walking distance particularly the Go Cart track, Minature Golf, batting Cages, Bowling Alley and Movie Theater. There is also a great restaurant, Jimmy's on the Pier over the Galveston Fishing Pier if you love to fish! All of this is within a mile.
