Amazing 2 BR Penthouse Suite with sweeping views of Lake Las Vegas, Reflection Bay Golf Course, and
Montelago Village. Completely remodeled in 2020. Fully stocked kitchen, WiFi, large flat screen TVs, pool, gym,
& laundry room. Conveniently located by the Golf Course and Montelago Village; Steps away from golf, fine
dining, swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, & hiking. Close to Lake Mead, Vegas Strip & Hoover
Dam. Adjacent 1 Bedroom Penthouse Suite is also available to rent. Stay w us!
We typically meet each of our guests when they arrive at the building. We'll give a quick tour of the grounds and then take them up to the condo where we will show them how to use everything. If guests need help during their stay, we are available by phone, text or the VRBO messaging system to answer any questions!
Resort amenities with no resort fees and free parking. Beautiful, top floor, Two Bedroom Penthouse Suite located in
the Luna di Lusso condominium complex. Address: 29 Montelago Blvd, Henderson, NV 89011. Completely
remodeled in 2020, this large 1356 sq. ft. suite offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom
with a queen size bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room that can either be a queen or two twin beds. An
enormous 450 sq ft terrace offers sweeping vistas of everything Lake Las Vegas. TV’s in every room are connected
to DISH satellite and have ROKU built-in with complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HULU, and other
premium channels. Free high speed WiFi. The kitchen has brand new appliances, including a full range with glass
cooktop and double oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, plates, glasses, silverware,
blender, and toaster. Bathroom basics such as towels, soap and shampoo are also included. Facilities include a
gym with exercise machines and free weights, coin laundromat, large swimming pool and jacuzzi spa. Spa services
and fitness classes are available just across the bridge at the Hilton Revere Spa. Montelago Village offers shopping,
fine dining, and entertainment; as well as the LLV Marina, where you can rent boats, kayaks, paddle boards and
more. 35 miles of bike trails are connected to LLV and nearby trailhead parks. We are 15 minutes from Lake Mead
National Park, 20 minutes from McCarran International Airport and 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.
