On the matter of linens and towels, we take pride in offering high-quality options, and it's disheartening to hear they did not meet your expectations. We are reviewing our processes to ensure our standards are consistently met. We recognize your comments on the condition of the building and the condo. Regarding the value of our condo, we strive to provide a cost-effective alternative to traditional hotel stays, especially for larger groups or families. Renting a three-bedroom condo like ours typically offers a more economical option compared to booking multiple hotel rooms, without compromising the comfort and conveniences of a home. We take such concerns seriously and checked with the building maintenance team regarding the water pressure but did not find any issues. We understand how the noise from the renovations affected your experience. Unfortunately, the construction in other condos was beyond our control, and we were not informed in advance either. We will make sure to notify future guests of any potential disturbances. Lake Las Vegas is known for its peaceful ambiance away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip. The Village offers nearly nine restaurants, numerous shopping opportunities, and ongoing improvements with new developments in the area to enhance your experience.
