We meet all of our guests in person at the property to let them in and give them a quick tour of the place. After our initial greeting, if there are any additional questions or issues, they can contact Stephanie Coughlin, the property manager, by phone or messaging through the VRBO app.
Beautiful, top floor, One Bedroom Penthouse Suite located in the Luna di Lusso complex. Address: 29 Montelago Blvd, Henderson, NV 89011. The adjacent Two Bedroom Penthouse Suite is also available to rent for larger groups. Renting both units provides accommodations for up to 10 adults. This large 656 sq. ft. suite offers a private bedroom with a king size bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A very private balcony offers sweeping views of the lake and the 17th hole of the golf course. Two large flat screen TV’s (75” TV in the living area, and 65” TV in the bedroom) are connected to DISH satellite and have ROKU built-in with complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HULU, and other premium channels). Free high speed WiFi. The kitchenette has a microwave, a cook top with two burners, compact refrigerator, coffee maker, plates, glasses, silverware, blender, and toaster. Bathroom basics such as towels, soap and shampoo are also included. Facilities include a gym with both machines and free weights, coin laundromat, large swimming pool and jacuzzi spa. Spa services and fitness classes are available just across the bridge at the Hilton Revere Spa. Montelago Village offers shopping, fine dining, and entertainment; as well as the LLV Marina, where you can rent boats, kayaks, paddle boards and more. 35 miles of bike trails are connected to LLV and nearby trailhead parks. We are 15 minutes from Lake Mead National Park, 20 minutes from McCarran International Airport and 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.
