Hi Wes, Thank you for your feed back. We just want to clarify that the plates, cups and cutlery were cleaned. We have professional cleaners who cleans the property to make sure they are prepared when the guests arrive. Also, the heating can be adjusted on the thermostat and the instructions are provided on the welcome guide link that was sent along with the check-in details. We have already spoken to the owner of the cafe to inform their customers not to block the building entrance of our property and the owner assured us that it won't happen again. The smell of cannabis coming from outside the window that you mentioned was never reported to us before and we are certain that it's not from the residents of the building. It was circumstantial thing that happened during your stay and this never happened to any of our guests in the past. We apologize that you were not comfortable during your stay and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
