Wonderful Host! A Home was extremely clean & provided everything we needed & more.We packed small fans & found every room already had them in the closets. Provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash & even had toothbrushes if you needed them. Coffee, filters, papertowels, laundry detergent, they have thought of everything. We loved the pool, hot tub and the game room. We also loved that every room had a TV.Excellent experience and look forward to visiting again in the future. Thanks for everything!

We had a great stay in Bradenton! The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. We especially loved spending time outdoors—between the pool, hot tub, and fireplace, it made for such a relaxing experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance to a park and golf course, and just a quick 15–20 minute drive to Anna Maria Island where we spent a few days. The kids had a blast in the game room, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful extra touches throughout the home. The owners were also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Our family of 6 loved this house. Perfect size & space for our daughter who uses a wheelchair. Small step (up) into the house & a small step (down) into the game room but her medical stroller navigated it well. Very clean, user friendly home. Host was amazing to communicate with & responded promptly. Highly recommend & would stay again!!

This was an amazing place for our family to stay! We had four kids age 5 and under and it was very kid friendly! We loved that the sliding glass door to the lanai even had a pool alarm! We really enjoyed the heated pool and game room. The entire house was very clean and we were so impressed with how organized the hosts were. They made everything so easy! I was able to communicate with them when I had a question and they were super responsive and helpful. My kids were so sad to leave, but we hope to come back! Thank you to the wonderful hosts! I would recommend this place again and again!

The hosts (Charlie and Grace) were great! They were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The house is very nice, open and inviting. You cannot beat the location, close to everything. The beds are very comfortable. If you travel with a dog, The Woof on Cortez is great for doggy daycare and 5 minutes from the house. There is a really nice park within walking distance of the house with so many options of things to do. I would note that the back yard does back up to a busy road, so you do hear road noise. Not bad in the evening, just during the day.

Our stay at this vacation home was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just minutes from grocery stores, fantastic restaurants, and easy beach access, making everything incredibly convenient. We also loved that we could walk across the street to GT Bray Park and play pickleball almost every morning. The home itself is ideal for larger families, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. We spent hours enjoying the pool and hot tub, and the fire pit made for such a peaceful and relaxing way to end our evenings. The master bathroom was a standout, with a spacious shower and excellent water fixtures.Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. There were plenty of pool towels, a well-stocked kitchen, a Keurig with coffee, and even pool toys and beach chairs ready to use. The game room was a huge hit with both the kids and adults alike—it truly added an extra layer of fun to our stay.Traveling with our dogs was seamless thanks to the pet-friendly setup, which made a big difference for us. On top of all that, Grace, our host, was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay.Overall, it was an absolutely lovely experience, and we would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped, and perfectly located getaway.
