Additional rules
Make your stay a stress-free experience by following our house rules:
- Check-in time starts at 3PM and check-out time is before 11AM to allow us to prepare for the
next guests.
Noise levels must be kept down after
10PM until 7AM to maintain a peaceful environment. Penalties may apply in the case of any
damage or mess caused during your stay.
- To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy.
This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes.
Event Policy:
Permitted Events: Kids’ birthday parties and family reunions are allowed.
Approval Required: All events must be approved before booking confirmation.
Capacity Limit: Maximum event capacity is 30 people.
Unauthorized Events: Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1,000.
Guest List Requirement: A guest list for each confirmed booking, including event guests, is required. This is necessary to inform security guards for access to the gated community.
