This place was good to stay and it fit our family very well. The only thing that was hard for us was to figure out the parking but otherwise everything else is great and there’s plenty of space and great to get to downtown quickly. Would stay here again.

We sent this guest a 30-second video showing her how to find the parking. We couldn't have made it any easier, but she didn't watch it because she "hates YouTube", and then she had a hard time finding the parking spot.

This home was absolutely perfect in every way - we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The home was clean, spacious, and located in the perfect place for us to get around. The host gave us some excellent suggestions for restaurants - we tried several of them and they were all great.

This is the nicest Vrbo I've ever stayed in. The owners were super nice and very responsive, and they thought of everything; the kitchen had so many more amenities than other Vrbos I've stayed in and all of the little touches made the experience 5 stars. The neighborhood was super cute and extremely quiet and clean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Difficult to get into. Darkly lit outdoors at night.

Not a great location. Difficult to get into. Like a fortress with gates, fobs, unmarked entrances and key pads to the point where you ask yourself about the safety. At night very difficult to navigate property because of poor outdoor lighting.

You’re the first person to complain that we have TOO MUCH security :-) although it’s a safe neighborhood, we still put lots of safety and security measures in place. It’s always been easy for other people to get inside - you just have to follow the really short instructions that we give you. It’s super easy getting in. Thanks for staying though.

Property location was not great no fault of the owner but the train were going by all night. There were white noise machines in every room but no usb plug for them. The master faces towards the tracks so the kids slept good but we didn’t sleep all night. Property was in a rough part of town and the parking was a bit complicated but the owner did a good job explaining it.

You know how some people aren't happy no matter WHAT you do for them? Travis was the worst ever ever hosted. I'm surprised that he even gave me three stars. Complained to me about the rain and demanded some money back for that! As if that's my fault. Please disregard his review unless you're just as unrealistic as him, in which case, please stay in a hotel. Nothing he said is true whatsoever.

In his initial message to me, this guest said that he “never leaves 5 star reviews” when he stays at a Vrbo. I couldn’t do anything about it so I shifted into Super Duper Host mode and left flowers on the dining table, checked in on them once a day, and catered to their every whim (and they had LOTS of requests). But he was true to his word - he never leaves 5-star reviews. Exhausting. 🫤
