Welcome to Delaware Loft—we’re thrilled to have you! This modern, spacious, and light-filled luxury home is perfect for both short and long getaways.
Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, it’s ideal for a relaxing stroll. Your home away from home spans the 2nd and 3rd floors, featuring a private entrance and convenient garage parking.
Enjoy stunning views of downtown from the rooftop deck, unwind on the backyard patio, or be downtown in just minutes. Our goal is simple: for you to relax, enjoy yourself, and feel right at home!
The Space:
Our home features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, offering plenty of space for relaxation and quality time.
The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a private bathroom with a two-person shower and jacuzzi tub, a walk-in closet, and sliding glass doors that open to a private deck. From here, you’ll have easy access to the rooftop deck, perfect for unwinding with beautiful views. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a work desk, a walk-in closet, and a TV with Netflix. Both bedrooms are equipped with safes for storing your valuables. Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries are always provided for your stay.
The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials: a stovetop, full oven, microwave, toaster, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Additional features include a wine cooler and ice machine. We’ve also stocked up on basics like spices and olive oil. Enjoy complimentary coffee or tea from the Keurig, whip up a smoothie for a post-walk treat after exploring the Monon Trail (a 27+ mile pathway stretching from Mass Ave to Carmel), or grab one of the included granola bars or muffins for a quick breakfast. Gather at the dining table to enjoy a meal and plan the day’s adventures together.
The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing, with ample seating and a TV with Netflix. Cozy up with a movie and popcorn, or enjoy reading a book on the cushioned window seats while watching the world go by.
Between the two bedrooms, you’ll find the laundry room, equipped with a washer, dryer, detergent, and dryer sheets for your convenience. Additional amenities include an ironing board, iron, drying rack, and a queen-sized air mattress stored in the cabinets behind the laundry room door.
Whether you’re staying for 2 days or 30, our little piece of heaven is designed to feel like home. We can’t wait to host you!
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire 2nd and 3rd floors, including the patio, 2nd floor deck, roof-top deck, and the 2-car garage , ensuring a level of privacy and comfort. Our property is equipped with a keypad for the garage as well as the home for easy self-check-in. Free parking is available on the premises, which include 2 spaces in the garage, 2 spaces in the driveway, plus free parking out front on the street, first-come-first-serve. There is no entry to the front of the building, so if you park in front, you will have to walk around to the back and enter through the garage.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is called Fall Creek Place and puts you just minutes from Indy's best arts and theater, restaurants, shopping, sporting venues, museums, and nightlife. Next door is Abandoned Station, a pizza place and brewery, Narrow Gauge, that has a plethora of different type of beer and yummy homemade pizza. There's even an arcade in the basement. A couple places down is Goose The Market, a deli/market that has 5-6 different sandwiches featured daily, cut-to-order meats and cheeses, homemade soups, craft beer and wine by the bottles to take home, and a cellar Enoteca bar and seating in the basement. Mass Ave is a 5 minute drive, filled with restaurants, and shopping. Have something downtown? You've got a 10-15 minute commute to the Mile Square, IUPUI, Wholesale District and Methodist Hospital. We are also centrally located and only 15-20 minutes from Castleton Square Mall, Keystone at the Crossing, and the Indianapolis International Airport.
Getting Around:
Our home sits on a one-way street. We have free parking at the back of the property. There are 2 spots in the garage and 2 spots in the driveway, plus free parking out front on the street, first-come, first-serve. There are many ways to get around. Lyft and Uber are always a surefire way to do that. There are also motorized scooters parked around in random places that you can rent. There are also cab companies, and bus routes that can take you anywhere around the city.
Other Things to Note:
For longer stays, we will charge $125 cleaning fee per week you stay with us.

I am in the office, located on the first floor of the building, M-F from 8am-5:30pm and available by cell phone in the evenings and weekends at any time.
