The building itself has a few parking spots (first come, first served) or you may park anywhere on the street, there`s always space. Although recommended since Puerto Rico has many wonderful destinations around the island, renting a car is not necessary. Being in a touristic area, Uber access is quick and priced fairly. This building is about 10-15 minutes away from Old San Juan and Condado (popular `downtown-like beach area`). For suggestions on what you should see and do while you`re in town, please review our guidebook.

Quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors and comply with Airbnb’s policies. Excessive noise during this time may result in fines, being reported, or removal from the property. Please be considerate of those around you.
