Welcome to luxury in our 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Las Palmas Resort. Take in rare, breathtaking views of Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, Snow Canyon State Park, and Signal Peak. Perfect for up to 8 guests, the condo offers full access to resort amenities—swim in pools, unwind in hot tubs, or enjoy the sports courts. Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, this is the ultimate getaway with unforgettable scenery.

-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.
-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.
This rental is located at Las Palmas Resort. It's a short 15 minutes drive to downtown St. George and very close to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment.

You do not need a car to get around the resort, you can easily walk through the resort. You can take a car, or easily get an Uber/ Lyft to downtown St. George. There are also many bikes paths that you can take right from the resort.

The host was great, very communicative and accommodating. The property is clean and comfortable. WiFi is fast, and access to the outside is great. Parking looks like it could be an issue when you first get there, but if you have one car, you have a private spot, and for us, it was easy to park multiple cars near the property. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, and the water pressure is AWESOME. Hot water runs out a bit faster than it should, given the size of the water heater, but overall, it was fantastic. Plus, the property is very pet-friendly.

Our pet ended up passing before bringing them which is why we selected the location to begin with. Our stay was amazing and clean. The doorknobs really needed to be tightened as they were very loose on some doors. It would also be nice if there were larger or more towels. The only frustration was all the very young kids in the jacuzzi even though it is stated that children under 5 were not allowed. Overall, my stay was pleasant, beautiful scenery, many hiking options and will do it again soon.
