Renovated 4-bedroom Rehoboth Townhome with Pool Access

Spacious townhome is ideal for small groups or extended family. It sleeps up to 14 people in 5 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds and a portacrib if needed.

NOTE: We do not host high school or college graduates for beach week festivities. The primary guest booking the property must be at least 25 years of age and be on-site throughout the stay. Thank you for abiding by our association bylaws.

Bedrooms: 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and almost fully enclosed sleeping loft with bunk beds.
Bathrooms: 3½ bathrooms.

Bedroom Layout:
MBR Suite #1 (2nd floor): 1 Queen Bed, single day bed and twin mattress trundle. Newly renovated bath en-suite
MBR Suite #2 (2nd floor): 2 Full Beds with newly renovated bath en-suite
MBR Suite #3 (3rd floor): 1 Queen Bed with shared bath en-suite
Bedroom 4 (1st Floor) is also the Office: This room has a designated workspace with pull-out queen-size sofa. Mattress topper and matress pad provided for extra comfort. It is a very comfortable bed and not a typical pull-out.
Sleeping Loft (3rd Floor): The sleeping loft has bunkbeds and is nearly enclosed. It is set-up to easily accommodate and entertain children and young people with shelves of books, games, puzzles, and a television for viewing or gaming. There is also a Blu-ray player and library of videos for children and adults. Please note that this area shares a full bath with the Master Suite on this level. You must walk through a small portion of the sleeping loft to access the Master Suite. See photos of this area for clear understanding of the set-up.
NOTE: A portacrib for guest use is located in the second floor master bedroom closet.

Linens and towels are NOT included. Please scroll down for details and 2025 pricing about linen and/or towel rental. 2026 will be posted in early 2026. One week advance notice is needed to pre-arranged ahead of your arrival.

Kitchen: Gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, island seating for six and virtually everything you need for preparing meals. There is a Keurig coffee maker and traditional coffee maker. Coffee filters are not necessary.

A dining table with seating for 8 is also part of the open floor plan. Four additional folding chairs are in the first floor bedroom closet.

Living Space: This comfortably furnished living area has sliding doors and large windows out to the expansive screened porch overlooking a serene natural landscape and pond with fountain. There is a second dining table with seating for 6 and 6 additional chairs on the porch. 75 inch tv screen.

In addition to a private screened porch with dining table and plenty of chairs, a small gas grill is provided. Interior ceiling lighting makes the screened porch a fun place for everyone to relax after a day at the beach.

Entertainment and Connectivity:
Six high-definition Smart TVs allow you to access your own streaming providers (one in every bedroom). Stay connected with complimentary high-speed internet throughout the property.

Laundry Room - We have stacked, full-size, front loading washer and dryer set on premise.
Iron and ironing board is in the laundry room. Please bring your own detergent and dryer sheets.
The laundry room also has hooks for bathings suits and wet towels.

Special equipment for young families:
Our townhome is equipped with a Cosco simple fold highchair that has two height settings. It is in the first floor laundry room.
We also have a standard Graco Pack-n-Play with water-proof matress cover and two sheets for guest use. It is in the second floor master bedroom closet.

Three outdoor swimming pools (one within eyes’ view of the front door) are accessed by two key cards at no additional fee. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool. Pools are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

Two tennis courts/pickleball are located next to the community building just a short walk from the house.

There are bike racks and a kayak rack as you enter the parking lot. Locks are strongly suggested to secure your property. Due to space constraints at times, kayak storage must be prearranged. Please notify us if you plan to bring one or more with you.

2025 Linens Package (2026 rates will be available in early spring):

Service includes linen, towels or both. Please make it clear which beds will be used during your stay, i.e. there are multiple beds of the same size but the guest may not be filling the entire home. Linens and/or towels are booked through us (we do not upcharge the service) and we will coordinate the details on your behalf with the service. You will be invoiced through VRBO and payment is expected ahead of arrival.

Parking
Guests may use the marked parking spot for our unit. Additional parking is available in unmarked spaces throughout the parking lot. There has never been issues with parking.

Local Attractions:
The beach, boardwalk, and downtown Rehoboth are accessible by car, foot or bike.
Other pristine Delaware beaches are an easy drive including Dewey, Lewes, Bethany.
