This is a great house for a big group! We had 7 adults and six kids ranging in age from 6-14. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The house came equipped with so much to make it a great stay: kitchen with plenty of dishes and cookware, and tons of beach gear in the garage (toys, chairs, umbrellas). Two kids bikes and tennis rackets and balls were there too. The house is a quick walk to the community pool and about a ten minute drive to the beach. The house comes with all sheets pillowcases and towels for you but note they are from a local rental company so very thin (in case you want to supplement with your own). Two things to know that kept us from giving five stars: the house itself is a little worn/tired. All of the furniture and carpets would benefit from a very deep clean. Second, the house is managed by Vacasa, not a local owner/property manager. We had a couple issues and getting them resolved meant contacting Vacasa who would contact someone locally to come over and address the issue, a process that could take a few hours to actually get in touch with someone. (we couldn’t get the main TV to work; then later the garbage disposal wouldn’t work) In both instances the issues were resolved! It just took a while to get in touch with a live, local person. All in all a great rental and we would stay here again.

Nice house, second time staying there.

Lots of rooms for a large group of friends. A short drive to the beach, outlets and restaurants.

Rehoboth beach house

Spacious Rental

The rental was able to accommodate 10 adults and 6 kids without any issues. Plenty of games in the cool basement to entertain the kids. Kitchen had enough tools for all sorts of cooking. Rental is showing some wear and tear but very roomy and comfortable for 16 gutests.

Rehoboth

Location was very nice, heating/cooling was a challenge to understand and regulate. Decor and accomodations as well as cleanliness were good. There was old food in the cabinets - not sure housekeeping cleaned out. Some mold at bottom of shower curtain in upstairs bathroom.

Second year staying here

Overall, we love staying at this home. It’s ample size to fit our family of 6, my brothers family and our parents. The layout and room sizes are great. Location to the beach is nice as well.

Spacious beach home

This beach home was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was the fact that the gas grill was not in the best shape and smoked up when we tried to use it.

Very roomy and convenient to beach!

House was very spacious and had a bathroom for just about all bedrooms which was great. Very modern and updated. The garage door was broken and had no gas in the tank for the grill. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Loved it!

This house is spacious and offers truly easy living in close proximity to many great vacation activities. It’s huge, well appointed & in a lovely setting (quiet neighborhood). It’s very close to bike/hiking trails; an easy bike ride into Rehoboth or to the beach; a 5 minute drive to the Outlets for shopping; and a short 10 minute drive to Lewes (very charming older community). We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property. Seachange Rentals was terrific as the property manager. Beautiful home!

Let me start by saying that Seachange Vacation Rentals is an AWESOME company and the property at Mersey Drive is amazingly beautiful! We contacted Seachange approximately two weeks before our arrival date in late September and they were easy to work with and more than willing to accommodate us. When I spoke to Viki, I knew I was with the right company and her customer service was exceptional! This was our first time visiting Rehoboth Beach and I must say that we will be returning in the very near future and will certainly be renting from Seachange. During our stay, we had to contact the office and Sean addressed our concerns immediately and proficiently. Sean was also very personable and even offered up suggestions for attractions, fun things to do in the area, and places to go for amazing food! Now let me tell you about the property. The home is beautiful and I must say that the photos online do not do this home any justice at all. It is a very large home that was able to accommodate our families. The amenities in the home kept the children engaged and there is more than adequate space to move around in the house. The house is also equipped with everything that you would need and it feels very much like a home away from home. The location of the property is close proximity to shopping, eating, and the beach! My best advice is that if you happen to take a look at this property....RENT IT! Seachange has earned a lifelong customer as we will not rent from anyone else when we return to Rehoboth! An Amazing Property!!!

House was more than enough space for our group of 8 to spread out over the week. The expansive basement was a plus and used by the teens to play their video games and rounds of ping pong. Large dining room for us all to sit when dining in during these times of Coronavirus. Location was close to beach, outlets and large variety of dining choices. (Doordash frequently used) Floors/carpets could use a more thorough cleaning. Upon arrival, we vacuumed several areas of house as well as garage floors. Other minor things noted in terms of cleanliness but we made due or took care ourselves. Hence , the one star off.
