Sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with two double beds and its own bathroom, and a private casita featuring a king bed and bathroom, offering a flexible layout for larger groups while maintaining privacy and comfort throughout. Additional conveniences include a 1/2 bathroom and two assigned parking spaces in the garage, along with provided beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels, making your stay easy and enjoyable from arrival to beach day. Note: There is an owner suite (not used) on the right side of the house that is off-limits and is locked.
