Frente al mar - Playa privada! Incluye lugar de estacionamiento

Nuestra espectacular propiedad en la playa es 'On The Sand', que ofrece su propia playa privada al tiempo que ofrece vistas de aguas blancas y relajantes sonidos del océano (se oye el oleaje en todas las habitaciones). Tiene una decoración playera luminosa y una ubicación tranquila, convenientemente ubicada a medio camino entre Village en Carlsbad y Pier en Oceanside (caminamos sobre la arena hacia ambos).

Esta casa completamente renovada está completamente amueblada (nos relajamos aquí con frecuencia) y ofrece vistas panorámicas del océano desde La Jolla hasta Catalina. Puedes ver a los delfines jugar o las ballenas desde la sala de estar, la terraza o la playa.

Por la noche, visite uno de los mejores restaurantes de la zona o simplemente cene en la playa mientras contempla la hermosa puesta de sol sobre el Pacífico. Durante el día, relájese en la playa o disfrute de las numerosas actividades que son exclusivas de este fabuloso destino.

UNIDAD A (para 1 a 6): tiene 2 dormitorios y 1 baño y tiene una cama king size de California en cada una de las habitaciones y un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar.

Hay 3 unidades diferentes. Unidad A (2 Bd, 1 Ba - duerme 6), Unidad B (2 Bd, 2 Ba - duerme 6), y Unidad C (1 Bd, 1 Ba - duerme 4). La unidad B es VRBO # 882234, la unidad C es VRBO # 253036 y las 3 unidades son VRBO # 882235.

Las unidades están dispuestas verticalmente con la Unidad A al nivel de la calle, la Unidad B en el medio y la Unidad C al nivel de la arena. Las 3 unidades dan al océano, tienen terrazas frente al mar y comparten la playa privada.

Nuestra casa de playa está "bien cuidada" ya que personalmente (así como nuestra familia) nos quedamos en las 3 unidades, y tenemos acceso inalámbrico a Internet de banda ancha. A lo largo de los años, hemos tenido cientos de invitados encantados a la playa.

This is the best value in the whole area. The house is right on the sand. Unlike many houses in the area it has stairs leading directly to the beach. Clean and comfortable. Owners are very responsive. We have stayed here many times and plan on returning in the future.

Relaxing Beach Side

The house was great, amazing views, unit A has the parking stop so that was a huge perk. The view from the balcony was amazing. Area was clean and safe. The beach was perfect! Very clean and inviting. Not at all packed (we visited over July 4th).The only thing that could be done better is towels. I recommend bringing your own if you can. We had 6 bath towels for 5 people and zero beach towels. There is a Walmart close so we ran for beach towels but with no free access to laundry having only 6 bath towels for 5 nights and eventually 5 beach towels we purchased with constantly wet and sandy kids was something to navigate. Otherwise everything was perfect! The pre arrival conversation was the only time I spoke to the own because everything was so smooth. You can't beat the beach view and access! Definitely would book again!

A Perfect Oceanside Getaway

This property has stunning views, updated decor, and everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen is well stocked, there are sand toys for the kids, and the owner Kelley is so responsive. We even saw dolphins from the deck! We will definitely be back!

The unit is nicely appointed. Very clean and the kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. THE VIEW IS AMAZING. We would stay here again.

Great Location and Views of Ocean

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house, in unit A on the top level. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. We watched surfers each morning and could walk down to a private beach area and also walk down the stairs to walk along the coast. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes and all you might need during your stay. There is no air conditioning and our first evening was VERY Hot but did cool off with balcony door, windows opened with fans running. By the time we went to bed, it was actually very comfortable for sleeping. This unit would greatly benefit with an updated kitchen and bathroom and air conditioning. Beds, floors, kitchen counters /dishes, linens, furnishings were clean. Baseboards, inside cabinets, light fixtures etc had build up of dust and such. Overall our stay was great. We stayed in mid September and the temp was in the low 60's at night with highs in the upper 70's.

Ocean Bliss

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Listening to the ocean sounds, watching the surfers, seeing the dolphin swim by and walking on the beach made our stay. Our day would start with coffee on the balcony watching the surfers and end with cocktails on the balcony watching the gorgeous sunset. Thanks for a great week.

Beautiful Ocean Views

This rental (unit A- top floor) has everything except AC as mentioned. Upon our arrival it was very hot inside even with the windows open, we turned on every fan in the house and it took until the sun went down to cool even with the back door open which is the only window/door that could open. It would be perfect if there was a cross breeze from the other windows off the back deck. Also the floors were very sandy upon our arrival like they weren’t swept after the last renters.

Beautiful place to relax

Very clean,well maintained property! We had everything we need. The deck was great to sit and watch the waves. Beds were so comfortable! I would do it again and again lol

Beautiful place to stay

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was beautiful. Exactly as advertised, the kids enjoyed playing in the sand. We enjoyed watching the tide change. When tide was low we were able to go down on the beach and play in the water. The beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking ware to make your meals. Kelly was very kind. We cant wait to book again and back to make some more memories!

Location!

The place is in an absolutely beautiful location, with a stunning view of the ocean. Access to the beach is convenient and everything we needed was just a short walk away. We were able to enjoy the downtown area as well as different restaurants in the area. The house was clean and welcoming. Our host and hostess were very friendly and made our stay feel like home.

Relaxing on the Beach

The unit was very clean and as described. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies and spices. Unit A also has an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. Great place to stay!

Perfect beach house to recover from Disney!

We stayed here for a couple days after going to Disneyland. It is an older property so expect what comes with that, but it is well kept and the view is absolutely breathtaking! You can’t really play in the water expect early in the morning until about 9:30 when high tide comes in. But that wasn’t an issue for us, we woke up early and walked the beach to find shells and our girls really enjoyed playing in the sand during the day when the water was to high. We absolutely loved our time here and did not want to leave. We will definitely be back! 😊 **don’t forget coins! The laundry is coin operated. Also I would bring your own beach towels we weren’t able to find any in the unit!

We had long desired to have a beachfront home and when we found this gem we were thrilled. We selected this area because it is right in the middle of a beautiful wide sandy beach that stretches for 3 miles from the village of Carlsbad to the pier in Oceanside. We also liked the fact that the house was located in a less dense area with mostly beach homes. Most of all we were excited by the private beach and the fact that we didn’t have to cross a street or get in a car to enjoy the ocean!
